No safe walkable path to bolsena, no one's fault though recommended renting a car since there isn't a taxi firm 👍 You can walk it but it's on a fast road

It had a great view over the lake, it is near the town Bolsena and it has a private beach at the lake and an own Swimming Pool. The owners are very kind and speak very well English. The house has a fridge and a freezer and a dish washer. You can use a BBQ if you want and a terras with a great view over the lake.

It was a bit dusty and you can hear the neighbours very well at night.

Beautiful located, but rooms need better isolation.

The location is superb. if you are looking for a perfect view on the lake, with beautiful sunset, this is your place. Also Bolsena is on a short drive nearby, if you want to go out for a meal.

The room was extremely noisy. You can hear everything your neighbours say and do, incl. snoring. So if you have neighbours who stay up late or get up early; be prepared and bring earplugs.

Exceptional

The position is amazing! The apartment is big and comfortable also for big family. The apartment has a panoramic beautiful view to the lack. The super market is 2 min drive and the restaurant in the area are doing delivery in the accomodation (solution for covid restrictions) Recommended for family with kids.

The accomodation is located in a summer destination and we stayed at the winter, it was a little bit cold in the apartment.

The all place is new and beautifully designed. The pool with the view on the lake was gorgeous and most definitely our favourite spot! The welcome by Giulio was excellent! Thank you to Giulio and his family!

Ho soggiornato una sola notte, per l'ultimo dell'anno. Ambiente pulito e ben curato.Ottima posizione. Bella la vista sul lago. Il gestore é stato molto gentile e disponibile. Consiglio il soggiorno in questa struttura per ammirare le bellezze del lago di Bolsena e rilassarsi nella natura con ogni confort.

Veranda con vista lago e tramonto superpazzesca.oltre alle aspettative. Silenzioso, curato e tutto molto pulito. Posizione ottimale per raggiungere Bolsena ,Borgoregio ,Orvieto,Viterbo. Esperienza da ripetere assolutamente.

Stupendo

La posizione è eccezionale, si gode di un bellissimo panorama con il tramonto ogni volta diverso; silenzio, pace e natura. L'interno dell'appartamento è nuovo, dotato di ogni comodità. All'esterno tutto è curatissimo, bella anche la piscina panoramica.
