Location, view and everything about it. The place was peaceful and is located away from via cassia and the noise.

Too far to go for groceries. The location is remote so stock up on your supplies and bring them to the property. It was a rare find.

Superb

It's the location that makes this place a winner. The yard has an amazing view of Bolsena lake. It feels quite remote, but was surprisingly easy to find, even though we arrived after dark.

There are five apartments in total and the booking process doesn't allow you to choose a specific one, you are assigned one at random. Our apartment was fine, but we preferred photos of some of the other ones that we saw while booking. The apartment only had a shower head over the toilet, not a separate shower cabin.

Quiet place by the lake

Meridiiano 12 located on the hill above the lake. it”s distanced from noise of cities. We were along there and enjoyed our privacy and view to the lake. Our apartments had two floors with huge hall on the first floor and small kitchen in the closet. there is a spacious picnic area in front of the house with benches and tables. and there is a place for barbecue but we didn’t have time to use it. Recommending this place for those who love relaxing on the nature. If you need something- the city Bolsena is 8 minutes away by car.

Pleasant

The view was really nice, and the flat was cosy.

It was hunting day. Early in the morning we were waken up by the sound of firegun... We wanted to do some hiking/walking around but we had prefered not to because we were afraid of gun shot. The bathroom is really really small. The toilet are in the shower which is not convenient.

Perfect for a getaway for two, but also for groups of friends or families.

Exceptional location. Very peaceful with a beautiful view of the lake. There is a nice area for barbecues located between the units. It was relaxing to sit on the lounge chairs and enjoy the view. It is a perfect area for hiking or to just take a walk.

The final stretch up to the property is a dirt road that is a little steep in some parts. Although we had no trouble with it, for some it might be challenging.

Casa con bella vista

La vista è davvero meravigliosa e stare in solitudine lí sopra era rilassante. La cucina molto carina e facile da usare, dotata del necessario. La tv prende tutti i canali.

Non aver saputo in anticipo che la salita era molto lunga e difficile, piena di pietre. All'interno dell'edificio purtroppo c è un solo termosifone al piano terra rendendo la casa fredda.

Struttura Meravigliosa

Il nostro soggiorno è stato, per molti aspetti, fantastico. Il luogo è immerso in paesaggi incredibili e la posizione è ideale per piacevoli passeggiate nelle città vicine. La struttura in sé è grandissima, curata e la nostra stanza era super pulita e ben oltre le aspettative, con attrezzature complete.

L'unica nota che mi sento di consigliare alla struttura riguarda la gestione degli spazi esterni in comune. Noi avevamo prenotato la dependance (la struttura più piccola) mentre il casale più grande era occupato da un gruppo molto numeroso (una famiglia numerosa in vacanza per il weekend). Se l'obiettivo della vacanza è staccare la spina e ritrovare la tranquillità, purtroppo questo non è stato possibile. Ci siamo trovati immersi in un numero elevato di altre persone, il che ha reso l'ambiente esterno molto meno rilassante di quanto sperato. Questa situazione ha creato anche problemi pratici con le aree attrezzate. Ad esempio, pur essendoci due aree barbecue, il gruppo più grande aveva occupato interamente quello centrale, impedendo di fatto anche agli altri ospiti di usufruirne. Il mio suggerimento alla struttura è il seguente: Se la struttura più grande (il casale principale) è occupata da un gruppo numeroso, consiglio vivamente di non affittare contemporaneamente anche la dependance. Questo permetterebbe agli ospiti della struttura più piccola di godere appieno della pace e degli spazi comuni, rispettando così l'idea di una vacanza di relax.

Natura fantastica, strada per raggiungere l’agriturismo da asfaltare.

La vista é spettacolare. Gli esterni dei casolari sono molto belli. Gli interni caratteristici, ma alcune cose sono da migliorare/rinnovare

La strada per raggiungerla é sterrata, buia e a tratti impervia. Per vetture molto basse (come la mia) può essere un problema sia per il rischio di fare danni che di restare bloccati (all’inizio, con la pioggia in salita le ruote hanno slittato).

Luogo incantevole, immerso nel silenzio della natura. Posizione panoramicissima e fuori mano, ideale per disintossicarsi dallo stress cittadino. Dal centro abitato è raggiungibile facilmente anche se l'ultimo miglio è sterrato.

Traumlage am Kraterrand über dem Bolsena See inmitten der Natur. Wunderschönes altes Bauernhaus aus Natursteinen mit genügend Freiraum zu den anderen Gästen.

Bizzar toilet!

De locatie, vlak langs de via francigena. Mooi uitzicht, rust.

Hier is wel het meest bizarre toilet wat ik ooit ben tegen gekomen: het toilet is letterlijk IN de douche geplaatst! Het toilet heeft blijkbaar een dubbelfunctie als toilet en als douchestoel. Daarbij is het douchegordijn ook nog te kort, dus het wordt een kledderboel. Het gasfornuis, koelkast en afwasbak zitten in een oude kast. Voor 1 nachtje allemaal niet zo’n probleem maar ik zou hier niet langer willen verblijven.
