breakfast not more than reasonable, the area is beautiful, the location prefect -out of the village, but close enough

the owner did not inform us that the gate may be locked at night. It was open when we returned after dinner on the 1st night of our stay, but when we came back at 9:30 pm on the 2nd night, it was locked. No one answered on our calls to the hotel phones. We had to return to the village, look for the local police station, only to find it closed at that hour. Luckily for us, there was a restaurant nearby still open, and they contacted police to find the private phone of the hotel owner. This finally solved the problem. The code for entrance in fact appeared on a list of paper with the WiFi passwords, but the owner did not mention this fact, and we did not see any need to take this piece of paper with us.

Spacious, quiet property with great views.

The property is in an elevated position in a very quiet location with fantastic views over the lake and the town. We were relieved to find that there are steps leading from the property directly into the town.... it only takes a few minutes to walk into the town for restaurants etc. Our room was huge. We were even able to bring our bicycles inside the room and still had plenty of space. Breakfast was very good and varied.

Nothing really. Just be aware that it's up a very steep hill if you are on foot or bicycle.

Breakfast was wonderful, the staff is so helpful and nice, and the view is magnificent.

The location is great - very close to town - but not ideal if traveling with children as it’s built at the top of a hill.

Great views. Really quiet during the night, only short walk into town. Nice garden.

Pool only very shallow. Breakfast selection strong on the sweet side. Fairly expensive for off season compared to other 4* hotels we stayed in in the region.

Kurzer Moment im Paradies!

Le Vigne war auf unserer Motorradreise die schönste Unterkunft. Das wunderschön angelegte Anwesen liegt oberhalb von Bolsena, mit Blick auf die Stadt und auf den See! Man spürt auf jedem Quadratmeter das Herzblut, das die Gastgeber hier täglich investieren. Die Zimmer sind alle separat in Nebengebäuden, mit eigenem Eingang und eigener Sitzgelegenheit. Das Frühstück war außergewöhlich, besonders das riesige Kuchenbuffet. Der Ausblick vom Garten ist gigantisch. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder - für einen längeren Aufenthalt!

Heel leuke agriturismo. De sfeer en uitstaling van een familibedrijf. Vlakbij het dorp. Fantastisch ontbijt met allerlei zelfgemaakte lekkernijen.

Molto carino

L agriturismo è molto curato, il verde e la parte comune del giardino sono una piccola bomboniera con una vista splendida sul lago. Noi l abbiamo vista d inverno ma d estate deve essere ancora più bello. Stanza molto grande (la proprietaria ci ha gentilmente dato una stanza superior rispetto a quella acquistata), ben riscaldata, letto comodo. Bagno molto ampio. Struttura molto vicina al paese che si raggiunge in 10 minuti a piedi. Parcheggio auto privato e coperto.

Il mobilio della stanza andrebbe rimodernato, cosi come la tappezzeria del divano. Sembra tutto un po datato ed È un peccato perché la camera è grande e il pavimento e il soffitto sono molto belli e si vede che sono stati lavorati, una sistemata e la stanza potrebbere essere perfetta. La colazione costa 10 euro a persona, non l abbiamo presa quindi non saprei dire della qualità però il costo ci sembrava un pochino eccessivo.
