About this cottage rental
Two storey stone-built former farmhouse with inside staircase. On the first floor there are two twin –bedded rooms and one double room (all with own bath). On the ground floor there is a large dining room with the kitchen, the living room with a fireplace, a twin bedroom with the bathroom. There is also a store room and a veranda. The house is furnished with old country furniture and surrounded by a big garden which opens on the fields and the valley. From them you can see the typical villages of Sermugnano and Castiglione in Teverina and the Alviano lake. The holiday-house has been recently restored preserving original materials, design and structures. It is furnished with old country furniture: Equipped with independent heating, hot running water, washing machine, kitchen and kitchenware, gas cooker, oven, refrigerator, barbecue, towels, sheets and blankets which will be changed once a week.
The swimming pool, to be shared with the other guests of the "La Polverosa" farm, is located about 400 meters from the house.
