Loved it. Great value for money, location, facilities and staff.

Great staff, location and facilities. Breakfast was tasty. Incredible to have the access to the lake.

Update the table tennis equipment and some of the lake items - more life vests and perhaps some SUPs.

Peaceful setting within 1/2 hour of Orvieto

Very quiet gated home near the shoreline. Perfect location close to Orvieto and closer to the lake.

Rooms were dated. No hot water in the morning but was good when we got back. Most places we stayed at had free breakfast, this did not so we ate later in town.

Great place to explore Lago Bolsena and the nearby towns. Nice kitchen for cooking.

There were no meals served here, but you could order room service. That said, the kitchen was well equipped and we were able to make breakfast and dinner sometimes. There were nice restaurants in towns about 10 minute drive away. We liked that it had a private beach on Lago Boolean, about a 10 minute walk through the farm to the beach. There were comfy beach chairs for each room. You could float on a tanning table in the water for free or rent a kayak for 10 euros per hour. We brought a snorkel and mask and really enjoyed looking at fish and things in the clear water. We had a nice outdoor deck with comfy table and chairs. The owner was nice and accommodating. We drove to Orvieto from here and it was great.

The outdoor deck had no privacy from the unit next door. That was a little weird.

Perfect place for relaxed and quite stay. Clean, great nature around, the lake, kind hosts.

Everything was super, just a small note - take care to buy food (coffee) upfront (if you are coming tired :) ) because the first market is 4-5km from the property

Fantastic location with a private beach. Just a 5 min drive from the center of Bolsena. The facilities were immaculately clean and the staff were warm and welcoming.

A tranquil, perfect agritourismo with an amazing lake!

the room is beautiful, with a big porch overseeing the extraordinary view of the lake. it’s a 2 minutes walk through a beautiful field until you reach the lake, where chairs and beach beds are waiting. the owners are nice as can be, always smiling, making you feel at home from the second you walk in. perfect experience!

Perfect vacation in Arlena. Again.

This was our fifth vacations at Arlena, and certainly not the last one. This is perfect place for us (although not for everybody). Small place, with 10 apartments, with small private beach. There are trees on the beach that give enough shade. Beach is about 300 m from the apartments, but this is not a problem. Apartments are big enough, with kitchenette and spacious bathroom. Big advantage is also a spacious terrace. The staff is friendly and helpful. This is place for people who want silence, security and isolation. This is not the place for party-goers, people who want to participate in whatever nightlife is available in Bolsena. The town itself is about five kilometers from Arlena. The car (or at least bicycle) is a must - the closest shop is COOP 4 km away. This is a perfect place for families with children, besides the beach with plenty of beach toys there is also a playground close to the apartments. The water is clear and the floor of the lake is very gently going down, so it is a very safe place for playing in water. Generally you can let you children play around property without continuous supervision. It is also a perfect place for people who want to rest in quiet and safe place in relative isolation.

One thing that is lacking sometimes, when the weather is very hot is air-condition. It would be useful, when the temperatures outside reach 38C. Also, while all furniture and bathroom utensils are very good quality with timeless design, the shower cabin is a bit dated.

Kwaliteit gaat achteruit, maar zeer mooie locatie en kamer

Pracht locatie. 100 meter van het meer met privéstrand. Ruime kamer met terras. Hygiëne... haren in besteklade. Comfort: zoemende ijskast en lawaai uit afzuiging badkamer..

Haren in bestekklade, afzuiging badkamer maakt lawaai, ijskast is oud en zoemt de hele nacht, geen reserve toiletrol dus na 4 dagen zit je onverwacht zonder... Ontbijt alleen maar zoet...

Arlena è un posto molto bello,le case sono belle e pulite e dotate di tutto il necessario. Il parco ben tenuto e molto pulito. Punto di forza la spiaggetta privata dove fare il bagno e godersi il fresco degli alberi. Per chi ama la pace e la tranquillità è l'ideale.Bolsena e Montefiascone a poca distanza. La proprietaria gentile ci ha consigliato bene attività e ristoranti nei dintorni.

Le case sono abbastanza fresche ma io consiglierei alla direzione di mettere un condizionatore o almeno un ventilatore viste le temperature che aumentano sempre più. Inoltre anche avendo molti appartamenti cani e bimbi tutti si sono comportati benissimo e con rispetto tranne il gruppo di parenti o amici dei proprietari che fino a tarda ora urlavano e passavano con le auto avanti alle abitazioni mentre noi ospiti le lasciavamo nel parcheggio, mi dispiace dirlo ma non l ho trovato un comportamento rispettoso.

Prachtig appartement op een sfeervolle agriturismo op loopafstand van het (privé-)strand aan het Lago di Bolsena. Gastvrije, vriendelijke ontvangst door de zeer behulpzame eigenaresse. Makkelijk contact, ook op afstand via Whatsapp. Heerlijk terras bij het appartement met uitzicht op het meer.

Ciche i spokojne miejsce.

Miłe i urolkiwe miejsce. Pokoje jeśli tak to mozna nazwać są duże i przestronne. Bardzo blisko do jeziora (150-200m). Przy plaży są do każdego domku przypisane dwa nowe leżali i stolik dzięki czemu nie musimy ciągnąć ciężkich rzeczy z sobą. Obsługa bardzo ale to bardzo miła i pomocna. Gdy tyllko coś potrzeba to bardzo szybko pomagają i nie robią z niczego problemu. Miejsce idealne na bazę wypadową by zwiedzać ten rejon bo wszędzie jest stosunkowo blisko. Duży sklep oddalony prosta drogą o 4 km. Zadaszona wiata na auto co w tym klimacie ma znaczenie. Na miejscu można wypożyczyć kajaki, rowery czy kupić sobie lody lub winko na wieczór. Niedaleko fajna winnica do zwiedzania. Plaża idealna zarówno dla tych co lubią się opalać i nie lubią. Jest na niej sporo zacienionych miejsc jak i te nasłonecznione. Jak dla mnie idealne połącznie.

Niestety domki od 1-6 to tak naprawdę pawilon. Jeśli trafią nam się głośni sąsiedzi to komfort drastycznie spada. A jak do tego mają małe dzieci które się ciągle drą i psa który ciągle szczeka (u nas tak było i rodzice w ogóle na to nie reagowali co chyba było najgorsze) to pobyt staje się lekko uciązliwy dla tych co chcą siedzieć sobie na ganku i zjeść np. śniadanie w spokoju. Nie mniej jednak nigdy nie wiemy na kogo trafimy więc nie jest to bezpośredni zarzut do samego obiektu. Od mieliśmy po prostu pecha.

Unterkunft war schön - Gastgeber sehr freundlich - Lage zum See ideal - am Strand gibt es gepflegten Rasen, wunderschöne Maulbeerbäume einen kleinen Sandstrand, Liegen und sogar einen Kanuverleih.
