Podere Sant'Antonio

Il soggiorno è stato nel complesso piacevole grazie alla posizione davvero splendida della struttura. La vista sul lago è stupenda e rappresenta sicuramente il punto di forza dell'appartamento. Molto apprezzata anche la presenza della spiaggetta privata, che però avrebbe bisogno di una maggiore cura e pulizia.

Anche l'alloggio necessiterebbe di una pulizia più accurata: al mattino abbiamo trovato il pavimento pieno di piccoli insetti. Inoltre, nella camera era presente un forte odore di muffa, probabilmente dovuto a problemi di umidità che sarebbe opportuno verificare e risolvere con adeguati interventi di impermeabilizzazione o manutenzione. Con una maggiore attenzione alla pulizia e alla gestione dell'umidità, questa struttura potrebbe offrire un'esperienza davvero eccellente, considerata la bellezza del luogo e la magnifica vista sul lago.

Il parco con alberi centenari, la spiaggetta sul lago, appartamento con zona giorno ampia e pergolato esterno molto comodo. La piscina.

Apartment was clean and roomy. Kitchen was very good. View was excellent across the lake.

The mattress in the main bedroom is a little worn. Could do with being replaced. I appreciate that it is the start of the season but attention to detail is important. The shower drain and bathroom sink plug were blocked. I had to buy some drain unblocker to remedy it. Also, whilst there had been bad weather the grounds had not been tended to. The pool was covered and closed. This in itself is not a problem (due to the weather) but it should have been flagged up to us before we came. Similarly the visitors beach had not been cleared or prepared.

The apartment was comfortable and well equipped in a good location, the beach was about a 5 minute walk away on the property.

The owner hosted a wedding on one of the days we stayed there. He didn't notify us about it beforehand. The music was so loud that we could clearly hear the lyrics of the songs even with closed windows. The event lasted until 1:30 Am. We couldn't sleep and it was especially bad because we planned to wake up early in the morning. We called the owner to tell him about this but he didn't really care and was very nonchalant with our frustration.
