We would definitely like to stay for another vacation!!!

The location, the nature surroundings, the building with it’s nice terrace, the private beach … the birds, the lizards, the flowers … And Andrea was very helpful and forthcoming.

The famous one-and-only toilet paper role - be prepared 😉 For the three of us - travelling with public transport - it would have been nice to find some salt & pepper, some coffee and/or tea for the first days (Sunday + public holiday). We got everything organised, but it was a little inconvenient.

In der Natur und direkt am See.

Die Lage in der Natur und am See hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Auch war das Apartment sehr gut ausgestattet. Unsere Ansprechpartnerin war sehr freundlich und hat immer schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet.

Ohne Auto leider sehr schwer zu erreichen, da die Busse eher unzuverlässig fahren. Somit gestaltete sich das einkaufen für uns als schwierig.

Traumhafte Lage. Große Wohnung und Grundstück wie gemacht für einen Urlaub mit dem Hund.

Die Heizung hat nicht funktioniert, Abfluss war verstopft, die Tür ließ sich nicht abschließen und wir dürften auf Handwerker warten und warten, bis er mit Teile holen fertig war.

Dvodnevni postanek na poti

Lokacija ob jezeru in v naravi je bila odlična. Uživali smo v sprehodu do jezera. Ker smo bili izven sezone, bazena nismo niti iskali. Všeč nam je bil tudi dvoriščni del z žarom. Imeli smo srečo, ker smo bili edini gostje.

Kuhinja je že v zgodnjih popoldanskih urah precej temna, kar nekoliko zmanjša občutek udobja in prijetnosti. Zdi se, da bi že nekoliko spremenjena razporeditev pohištva lahko bistveno izboljšala svetlobne pogoje in splošno atmosfero prostora. Najprivlačnejši del jedilnice trenutno zasedajo trije veliki koši za odpadke, medtem ko bi bila na tem mestu veliko primernejša jedilna miza. Tako bi lahko ob obrokih uživali v lepem razgledu na posestvo in jezero. Za pripravo hrane in pomivanje posode bi bila zelo dobrodošla močnejša, stabilna osvetlitev, ki ne utripa, saj bi to omogočilo bolj funkcionalno in prijetno uporabo prostora. Oprema s posodo je precej skromna in primerna predvsem za osnovne potrebe. Kopalnica je urejena, vendar je tuš kabina zelo ozka, tuš zavesa pa ne prepreči razlivanja vode

La struttura molto bella e accogliente, appartamento confortevole. La posizione immersa nel verde e la possibilità di avere una spiaggia privata sul lago. La piscina e la tranquillità. Si respira la quiete del territorio.

Tenuta spettacolare, peccato non ci fosse il climatizzatore

Il posto incantevole, a dir poco...

metterei sicuramente il climatizzatore in cucina visto che faceva un gran caldo e dormire sul soppalco è stato tremendo

2 notti al Lago di Bolsena

L'appartamento, al primo piano del casale essiccatoio è ben arredato e offre dei bellissimi scorci sul paesaggio; ha inoltre un patio dedicato in giardino. Letto della camera padronale comodissimo. Punto di forza della struttura sicuramente la spiaggetta privata al lago e la piscina salata; entrambe si raggiungono in pochi minuti di passeggiata nei sentieri all'interno della tenuta. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Il bagno ha la doccia molto piccola e offre pochi punti di appoggio. La cucina ha una dotazione migliorabile.

Super consigliato

Avevamo un appartamento all'essiccatoio, una struttura separata dalla strauttura principale, comunque connessa tramite il terreno. La struttura era molto bella, l'appartamento dove abbiamo soggiornato era grande, ben arredato e pulito. Check in effettuato in modo self a causa dell'orario, e tutto è andato liscio. Andrea ci ha dato tutte le info per entrare e si è reso disponibile per ogni cosa. Si arriva facilmente all'accesso privato al lago, la spiaggetta è piccolina e adesso non c'erano lettini o altro, non so con la bella stagione se ci sarà qualche confort in più.

L'unica cosa che segnalo che abbiamo trovato qualche processionaria che saliva sul muro esterno e anche sul corrimano delle scale (eravamo nell'apt al 1 piano alto, con scale esterne).... è normale stando in mezzo alla natura anche se non ho visto pini in prossimità della struttura. Fare attenzione e controllare che non ce ne siano prima di usare il corrimano o di aprire la porta, soprattutto di notte che con il buio non si vedono, e fare molta attenzione se si hanno cani.

Bien, mais pas pour une famille

Appartement standard (222) rénové et propre. Petite vue sympa sur le lac car situé au premier etage du batiment. Cadre verdoyant et accès facile au lac. Voisins au rez-de-chaussée calmes et respectueux :)

Mi-mai, la plage n'était ni nettoyée, ni aménagée, impossible de profiter du coucher de soleil et de rester plus de 5 minutes. Aucun contact direct avec Andrea, qui etait absent à l’arrivée et au depart, même si on le previent et qu'on arrive dans les horaires affichés. Il envoie des messages automatiques sur Whatsapp mais ne repond pas toujours à nos questions. Nous avons été accueillis par un reglement long comme le bras mais aucun conseil sur les resto ou villes à visiter. Le lendemain de notre arrivée, il envoie un message pour collecter la taxe communale mais pas pour savoir si tout va bien pour nous… Clim et chauffage en supplement (25€), barbecue interdit, impossible de manger à l’espace exterieur car il manque un plateau pour transporter couverts et repas en bas de l’escalier pentu. Côté salon, il manque des fauteuils pour les enfants et une table basse, un petit canapé deux places ne suffit pas pour les familles. Dommage…

Super cadre, tranquille et bien agencé.

Hôte réactif et sympathique. Cadre verdoyant, calme et agréable. De belles promenades au bord du lac de Bolsena. L'huile d'olive produite est délicieuse et super attractive en prix.

La douche est un peu petite avec seulement un rideau. C'est dommage. Tout le reste est optimal.
