Apartment house, in the center of Capodimonte, in via Roma, with private garden, composed of three contiguous but independent apartments. On the ground floor there is the porch with a relaxation area and a barbecue area. On the first floor there are two apartments for a total of 6 beds, while on the second floor a larger apartment with 6 beds and numerous panoramic terraces.
The building has just been completely renovated and furnished with care and attention to detail. The rooms are spacious and very bright. The second floor apartment has two terraces and a balcony. In the larger terrace, connected to the Living area and to one of the three bedrooms, it is possible to dine in the shade with a precious view of the lake, the Bisentina island and the town castle (the Rocca). The second terrace, on the roof level, offers an extraordinary 360 degree view and allows you to take an aperitif and relax in the sun in total privacy and at night to appreciate the entire lake illuminated by the villages that surround it. The balcony, overlooked by the other two bedrooms, offers guests a unique panorama that arouses a feeling of joy and wonder.
The two apartments on the first floor are independent and each of them has a kitchen area and a double bedroom and an extra single bed and a bathroom. Both apartments on the first floor overlook the garden.
