Great facilities, plenty of parking. Awesome coffee machine that also made choccy milk. Very clean. Full kitchen, stocked cupboards (biscuits and pasta). Nice bathrooms (yes THREE). Let us use washing machine.
You pretty much need a car, the host warned us about how dangerous the 30 minute walk from the station would be (you walk you sleep with the fishes). Was quite hot with no AC in June.

Colle di pibi is in rhe perfect quite location and outside from the hassle and buzzle of the city but with a quick ride of 20 mins you can be inside the grande raccordo anulare where all the hospitals and schools are. And on the other side yoh have lake bracciano that offers a more typical italian relaxation activities.
The owner was very accomodationg and he has coffee machines and good brewd coffe available for the guest.

the lady who looked after us was very helpful
all the rubbish around the building. there was no milk.
