Rustic, comfortable country house "Casale Vitello", detached, surrounded by trees and fields. 5 km from the centre of Acquapendente, 24 km from the centre of Bolsena, 30 km from the centre of Orvieto, in a secluded position on a slope, 20 km from the lake, in the countryside. Private: property 120 ha (fenced) with trees, meadow, orchard, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 100 - 250 cm, seasonal availability: 16.May. - 24.Oct.) with internal staircase. Garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. 900 m long motor access (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 5 km, supermarket 5 km, bus stop 4.3 km, sandy beach "Pescia Romana" 60 km, thermal baths "Sorano" 12 km, bathing lake "Bolsena" 17 km. Golf course (9 hole) 13 km. Nearby attractions: San Casciano Dei Bagni 25 km, Pitigliano 23 km, Civita Di Bagnoregio 35 km, Bagno Vignoni 45 km, Pienza 50 km, Castiglion D'orcia 50 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. In Winter the house can be booked only for max 12 peoples because two rooms on the ground floor are not heated.
