Perfect stay for couples. Couldn't be better.

Very beautiful and picturesque. Discreet and out of the main city which we liked. No loud noises. very friendly hosts. Delicious breakfast, with some of the best cookies/biscotti I've ever had!! Cute kitties roaming around also which was a huge plus!

No fan or AC, breakfast only at 8am, a little late for us as pilgrims walking the VF, but really it was a lovely place.

Exceptional

If you're looking for some excellent and quiet, away from the sound of traffic, then this is a nice spot for a bit of quiet. I was given a generous sized room which was perfectly comfortable. The host provides a hearty tasty supper if you go for half-board. The swimming pool was not open when I was there in early May. It's only a miles' walk into Acquapendente which is a sweet little town.

Nice two days stay with six motorbikes and southmoth point of our 'Tuscany' motorbike tour on mid of September 2021. As usual on a agriturismo, the restaurant opens on demand. We walked 2km into the town at 1st evening and enjoyed a good Pizza. Il Sentiero restaurant opened at the 2nd evening and they served a very good 3 stage menu. We enjoyed the little dog named 'Grappa', at least three cats and a large pool.

La dolce vita!

Wow, what a great location! Lovely view, very nice and clean pool and the food is delicious. We stayed for one night and decided to have dinner here, as it is a bit outside of town. It was the best food and experience we had so far in Italy. We had a great bottle of Prosecco and three a three course dinner under a grape bush. All of that for a small price. Room is also very lovely!

To reach facility it's an adventure, 1,5km dirty road, especially if you are coming in the evening, once at the gate, house and place itself, is beautiful, room is clean, bathroom spacious, towels OMG, HUGE AND THICK, staying there absolutely worth the money paid.

Bathtub without curtain, makes bathroom floor completely wet after shower.

Great staff, so helpful and friendly, cute dog, great pool, air conditioned room, a lovely bath, comfortable bed. This place has it all. It's about a 15 to 20 minute walk up the gravel path from Acquapendente,use the Google maps to find the way, maps.me got it wrong.

Good value, nice location, just a bit out of centre

Last minute booking for us on a cold rainy day. Owner could not have been nicer. Took a while to get the place warm. Owner kindly drove us back up hill - it's not far but we were beat from the climb - to restaurant la grotto, where we had a really good and good value meal. We walked back down again. This place would be fantastic in fine warm weather.

It needs internet, and our bed was too soft for me, But I like a very firm bed.

Il posto e soprattutto la camera assegnata. Trattasi di una struttura esterna costruita tra la vegetazione con vetrate coperte internamente da tende al cui interno c'è un letto matrimoniale, un bagno, lavandino e doccia (non c'è il bidet!). Ma la cosa peggiore è la sgradevolissima puzza di umido che impregna la stanza e ti rimane addosso per giorni. Dopo la prima notte, passata in bianco, sono scappato via nonostante il proprietario mi abbia offerto un cambio stanza adducendo spiegazioni improponibili.

Esperienza positiva, alcuni aspetti da migliorare

Piscina tranquilla, stanza pulita, la cena spaziale (ci ha più che soddisfatto entrambe le sere, non vi alzerete mai senza essere sazi), il personale molto alla mano, gentile e disponibile

La colazione andrebbe variata con più proposte salate (ma i dolci erano buonissimi!). Suggeriamo anche di coprire le pietanze della colazione, dato che trovandosi in campagna è naturale trovare mosche che svolazzano (poco piacevole però). Purtroppo l'ultima sera abbiamo faticato a prendere sonno poiché alcune persone, tra cui credo il titolare, erano rimaste a chiacchierare animatamente nella zona predisposta alla cena, posta proprio al di sotto della nostra camera. Infine, la doccia della nostra camera era un po' antiquata, ma visto il tipo di struttura ci può stare. Mettendo sulla bilancia lati positivi e negativi, vincerebbero quelli positivi. Torneremo se ci troveremo in zona!

peccato con piccoli accorgiemnto potrebbe essere favoloso

struttura con tante potenzialità, cortesi, camere giuste e pulite

lettini sporchi e malandati, piscina piena di insetti, camera con una serratura rotta, doccia che funzionava a intermittenza (la struttura era piena e probabilmente non reggeva ilo carico), asciugamani ruvidi e qualcuno bucato. Non funzionava nemmeno il telecomando per aprire il cancello, rientrati la sera i proprietari non hanno risposto al citofono e abbiamo dovuto scavalcare per rientrare e aprire il cancello dall'interno.
