Very good

The beautiful location, close to the lake (walking distance), amazing view at every moment of the day. It is a wonderful experience to walk every morning to the lake and see all wild nature. The place is quiet and immersed in nature. The apartment is tiny but big enough for two people and relatively new. The owners are nice people.

I would appreciate a washing machine. The wardrobe in the bedroom is huge but there are no shelves. The reach the one above the hangers you should be at least 2m50 cm. Another thing is that the owners accept dogs but they must not be left in the apartment on their own. I understand but to have the possibility not to go everywhere with the dog (especially in the heat wave) I would be fully prepared to take the responsibility for my dog and cover any damages. We travel with the dog a lot but this is the first place where it happened. We had to give up a lot of our plans.

A place like heaven!

Very nice place, în The middle of a olive tree plantation. The rooms were very nice decorated. The kitchen had all the things we needed. Bonus:you can buy olive oil directly from the owner of the plantation.

the location was nice

For the price of the stay: very poor (or stingy) service: all other places i stayed (in private accomodations ) would have some spices / oil /tea/ and coffe + a sponge and cloth to clean. (most places also have some biscquits and jam for breakfast) Here was 1 ( one) capsule, for one cup of coffee! nothing else. The host was kind enough to give me a can of tomatoes as I was on a walk, and it was sunday and no store open around.

A great quiet and relaxing weekend.

The place was very clean and modern with a very quiet country fell. We really enjoyed walking in the fields and visiting the church from the 1500 that you could see from the property. The owners were great and very friendly. We loved their showers and overall asthetic of the apartments.

The weather was rainy but what could our host do about that. :-)

Traumhafter Aufenthalt inmitten von Olivenbäumen.

Die Lage ist traumhaft inmitten von Olivenbäumen. Das kleine Häuschen hat alles, was man braucht. Der Vermieter total nett. Der Spaziergang zum See hat uns nach der langen Anfahrt richtig gut getan. Es ist total ruhig.

Posizione comoda, vicina sia al paese sia alle spiagge con vista mozzafiato sul lago. Struttura pulita e curata nei dettagli, disponibilità e cordialità dell’host

L’unica pecca era che al mattino avevamo il sole piena sul nostro tavolo esterno, quindi non potevamo sederci fuori a fare colazione

modernes Appartment in ruhiger Lage mit toller Aussicht auf den See

Die Lage ist toll - mit dem (eigenen) Fahrrad erreicht man den Strand über Feldwege in 5min. Die Aussicht auf den Bolsenassee ist herrlich. Der Garten ist weitläufig und für alle 3 Appartments frei nutzbar. Es gibt Liegen und Hängematte im Garten. Alles sehr ruhig - ideal zum entspannen.

Une reposante adresse..!

Un environnement magnifique au milieu des champs d'oliviers et avec vue sur le lac... Un calme absolu dans cette verdoyante campagne. Le soir des faisans se promènent entre les rangées d'oliviers..! L'hébergement est plutôt bien équipé et surtout les matériaux utilisés sont de qualité. Un très bon moment passé. A recommander.

Appartamento nuovo e fornito di tutto il necessario per un breve soggiorno (sale, olio dell agriturismo, biancheria, spugna e sapone piatti..) Località molto bella, immersi nella natura, tra ulivi, vista lago di Bolsena. A breve distanza da località come Pitigliano, sovana e le località del lago. Consigliato!

Ottima soluzione per un weekend tra amici

Abbiamo trascorso il Capodanno in questo agriturismo, tre famiglie, prendendo i tre appartamenti della struttura, e stringendoci un po' siamo stati tutti insieme in uno dei tre per il nostro cenone (in parte cucinato a casa perché non è presente il forno). Dalle foto si capisce bene lo spazio a disposizione, gli appartamenti sono proprio come illustrato. La cucina è completa di tutto, l'ambiente si riscalda velocemente, la struttura è molto silenziosa. Abbiamo potuto visitare Civita di Bagnoregio, a soli 30 minuti di distanza. Purtroppo non abbiamo sfruttato la vicinanza con il lago a causa del meteo. Grazie ancora ai proprietari per l'accoglienza!
