Great place and great location, has almost everything going for it. Plenty of room for all nine of us and within walking distance of key points.

Kitchen/living area has seriously insufficient light to cook, dine or read properly. There was a termite problem that had not been fully fixed at the time. Some mattresses need urgent upgrading.

Lovely host, lovely house, perfect location.

The house is in a fabulous location. Very close to the lake and only 10 minutes from the centre of town. The house is beautiful and has everything you need for your stay. It's also very cool inside which is a bonus on hot days. Beds very comfortable. Rooms are spacious. Mikela is lovely and was really helpful. I liked it so much I have already booked my stay for next year.

Great place to stay with family in Bolsena

Excellent location, close to both the lake and the city centre. Very pleasant garden. Spacious rooms and well equipped kitchen. Very efficient and responsive check in and check out. The manager allowed us to park the car in the courtyard, which was very handy.

It's an excellent property for most purposes, but guests should not expect luxury furniture and facilities.

Charming appartment with garden on Lake Bolsena

Location, just two minutes walk to the lakeside and just five minutes walk to the historic centre of Bolsena. Reasonably comfortable. Ample parking.

Bathrooms in need of some modernization. Also did not like inaccurate calculation of tourist tax (imposta di soggiorno) from which children under the age of 10 are exempt.

Very nice and relaxing stay!

We were happy to find out that in contrast to the information on booking.com, the apartment actually had WiFi in good quality! The location was optimal and quiet, on the alley between the town center and the lakeside. There was a nice table in the garden, although it was a bit too cold at the season to use it. Bolsena itself was really nice, quiet and clean, much to see, with bus connections to several interesting towns in the vicinity - we did not need a car for the stay.

The lights - in the living room, only a ceiling lamp with cold light - warmer LED bulbs would be good, and a floor lamp would be a valuable addition! We "transplanted" one of the bedroom table lamps to the living room. Also, bowls (eg for breakfast cereals or soup) would be a helpful addition in the small kitchen.

Mikela and Luigi were so helpful! We had a little caraccident and they helped us so much that we still could enjoy every day walking on Franciscus way and visiting the amazing cities around Bolsena!!

great location for exploring and enjoying lake bolsena. comfortable private parking right at the apartement. dog friendly (there is even a private fenced backyard). friendly and helpful host (but speaks italian only). this place has a lot of potential.

grandi spazi,ottima posizione

posizione perfetta lungo il viale più bello di Bolsena, a pochi passi a piedi dal centro storico e dal lago. la casa ha una bella zona giorno, perfetta per la convivialità. spazi molto ampi anche in zona notte. posto auto privato.

La zona notte/bagni sono in alcuni punti un po' trascurati; le porte del bagno piccolo e di una camera da letto hanno un varco non chiuso (per i gatti) che non garantiscono la privacy. materassi un po' duri. in ogni caso nulla di particolarmente sgradevole.

La posizione della casa è perfetta, letto molto comodo, a pochi passi dal lago raggiungibile a piedi e al centro di Bolsena. Parcheggio privato con ampio giardino. Probabilmente torneremo.

Appartamento al piano terra difficile da riscaldare, bagno un po' piccolo. Poco insonorizzato, si sentono i movimenti degli ospiti dell'appartamento di sopra.

Appartamento a 100mt dal lago e 200 MT dal centro, con tutti i comfort, con parcheggio interno. Ideale per visitare Bolsena e d'intorni. Il giardino in comune è ottimo per chi come me viaggia con il cane L'appartamento è dotato di una bella cucina, sala con camino una camera e un bagno ben arredati, sembrava di essere a casa

Bien, malgré les défauts, nous avons apprécié le séjour, notamment en raison d'un prix abordable

le superbe jardin, la très bonne situation, le parking dans le jardin, la très grande surface disponible, en particulier dans les espaces de jour, trois chambres sur quatre très spacieuses, la grande disponibilité de l'hôte qui est venue nous amener un ouvre-bouteille qui manquait dans la cuisine... après 5 minutes seulement, la prise électrique extérieure peu recharger la voiture

Nous pensions avoir toute la maison, mais en fait il y avait 3 appartements, le notre était à l'étage, pas directement en lien avec le jardin, ce qui était dommage. Les équipements étaient très désuets (pas de lave-vaisselle ni lave-linge, cuisinière à gaz défectueuse, 2 radiateurs qui ne marchaient pas, les portes qui ne fermaient pas bien, le wi-fi pas disponible dans toutes les chambres, la pression d'eau dans les robinets et douches très très faible, appartement relativement sombre et éclairage insuffisant, peu de prises électriques, "invasion" de fourmis)

Wir kommen wieder

Wir waren schon zum 2.Mal bei Micaela und wieder mit Allem rundum zufrieden. Sie ist eine sehr freundliche und sympathische Vermieterin. Die Lage ist optimal, direkt am See und zu Fuss nicht weit in die Altstadt.

Im Garten hat es leider viele Stechmücken, mit Autan war es aber zu ertragen.

Comincerò con la grande disponibilità, gentilezza e professionalità della signora che ci ha accolto prima del check in canonico, arrivando da una brutta esperienza in mattinata ed avendo bisogno subito di un alloggio, è stata provvidenziale. dell' appartamento al piano terra di una graziosissima villa, con un bellissimo giardino, non posso che dire tutto il bene possibile. Parcheggio interno ottimo. Appartamento fresco, composto da soggiorno ingresso e zona cottura molto ampio, ben arredato e completo di ogni cosa necessaria. Due camere da letto. la matrimoniale usata da noi, ben arredata e con letto e cuscini comodi. Angolo cottura completo con frigo e fornetto. La casa si trova lungo il corso principale di Bolsena contornato da splendidi platani e a pochissimi metri dal lungolago per cui comodissima per passeggiate. Comunque è anche vicinissima al centro storico da raggiungere a piedi. (noi siamo saliti al castello a piedi dalla casa in 15 minuti e non siamo giovanissimi). Bolsena e il lago sono bellissimi e permettono di raggiungere molti luoghi vicini. Uno fra tutti a 15 km. è Civita di Bagnoregio che consiglio visitare. Per concludere, ho dato 10 perchè è il massimo consentito, ma questa location vale molto di più.

Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt am Lago di Bolsena

Sehr gute Lage zum See und zur Ortsmitte, gute Versorgungsmöglichkeiten, Parkplatz direkt bei der Wohnung, gut ausgestattete Küche, eigener Eingang zur großen Wohnung im 1. Stock.

Alles hat gepasst bis auf die Kleinigkeit, dass die Duschkopfhalterung im großen Bad repariert werden könnte.

De villa laf dicht bij het centrum van Bolsena en dicht bij het meer met veel bomen in de tuin.

het was in die periode erg warm in Italië In deze oude villa bleef het heerlijk koel zelfs zonder airco. Er was wel een ventilator maar die hebben we weinig gebruikt.

De douche was een beetje primitief, had wellicht ook te maken met het bouwjaar van de villa. Het water liep slecht af.

Piacevole

Posizione perfetta, zona molto tranquilla e molto bella, praticamente a due passi dal lago e da Bar/Ristoranti. Casa molto accogliente e già dotata di tutto il necessario (biancheria, utensili da cucina e prodotti per il bagno), un grande plus il poter parcheggiare la macchina praticamente davanti l’ingresso di casa, soprattutto se si viaggia, come noi, con una bimba piccola. Inoltre menzione per Mikaela, sempre gentile e disponibilissima.

Un consiglio, più che una critica, metterei a disposizione su richiesta, qualche articolo per bambini, ad esempio una culla o una sponda per il letto, una vaschetta, un seggiolone, anche da pochi € dell’ Ikea, per chi viaggia con bambini piccoli, questo agevolerebbe il soggiorno.
