Magnificent view of the lake and the Bolsena Castle. Very bright, independent apartment, surrounded by the countryside, over 80 sqm with garden, located on the first floor, accessible by a staircase, of a terraced house: composed of 1 living room, 1 kitchenette / kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, for a total of 4 beds (1 double bed, 1 bunk bed, availability of a double sofa bed on request) 2 terraces, with the possibility to have lunch and dinner under the pergola of the vegetable garden. Fully functional fireplace, TV, with DVD, stereo, washing machine. Dishes, linens, blankets and towels. Availability of consulting books for excursions and local knowledge. E 'was prepared by the owners a specific booklet for consultation, in Italian-English, with suggestions for day trips / visits to places of natural and archaeological interest and guidance on typical local products of the area. The historic town center is a 7-minute walk as well as the nearest supermarket. Pets are accepted. For internet access a "poket wi-fi" is available, to be returned at the end of the stay. From 13.07.2017 the Municipality of Bolsena applies a tourist tax, for the first 7 days, of € 1 per person per day, which must be paid in cash at the time of check-in; among the exempt categories, even children under 10 years.

Perfekt Location to Discovery the surrounding towns and villages, Bolsena can be reached by feet and we found several Food Tracks for the Mountainbike! Perfekt stay at Christina and Enrico

I really enjoyed our stay in Bolsena. The apartment is very rustic and the town is very quiet. The one complaint amongst some in our group was that there was no A/C but we knew this going into the stay. The hot, humid nights will not be for every one. If you don't need the creature comforts of America this is a great place to stay. The view from the apartment of the lake can not be beat, especially during a full moon. The lake is close, cool, and an absolute must on a hot day. The 'downtown' area has great local shopping with very helpful and friendly locals. We found a lot of souvenirs while there. Please note that this is a small town and the siesta is a way of life so plan your time accordingly. The owners were very nice and communication was great during the whole stay. If you are looking for a break after being in Rome or another busy area of Italy this is definitely a place to consider.

This cosy appartment got everthing to make your stay in the remarkable city of bolsena relaxing. quiet location at the end of the street with a scenic view from the window at bolsena lake. the tips given by the hosts a very helpful to make the stay more interesting. We really recommend this place

Cristina and Enrico were excellent hosts. Very responsive. The views from the apartment were wonderful and the walk to Bolsena 10 minutes as stated. Parking outside of the apartment was a bonus.

Great location on the outskirts of Bolsena overlooking lake, countryside and town, panoramic views, set in a neighbourhood of apartments and individual homes. Well located for sightseeing opportunities in Tuscany, Umbria, Rome. Hosts Enrico and Cristina are incredibly helpful and kind, so solicitous for our wellbeing and enjoyment.

We had a brilliant time in Enrico's and Cristina's apartment. They are lovely hosts and they can give you lots of advice if needed. The view from the balcony is just amazing and will stay with us for a while. Bolsena and its surrounding area it great for exploring. You can do so many things from swimming in the lake, visiting Montefiascone, hots springs Saturnia, eating out at the many Trattorias and Restaurants. We will definitely come back!

I family found ourselves welcomed from the start. The apartment exceeded our expectations in many ways. It was located in 1st floor in end of the building which ment great views to 3 directions (lake, castle, hills). Apartment has 2 balconies and pergola which makes very easy and nice to enjoy the views and warm climate. Current pictures don't match the apartment as it's much better. Apartment itself consists living room combined with eating table & kitchen. The furniture are mostly antique and there is lots of household items, so it is real Italian home, not just holiday apartment. As there is 3 separate rooms, it gives flexibility for orgnizing where and how you would like so sleep. As it's row house, you can be part of the community and follow how the life goes along. Unfortunately our Italian was not good enough to have more discussiond with our neibours. Kitchen was well equipped even for family use. As example, there was big enough kettle to do pasta for the whole family. Big bonus was that we could park our car next to the apartment and could use the carage to store my bike. I really enjoyed bike rides through Italian countrysided by choosing the smaller roads. Bolsena was compact town with all necessary shops and the inside tips for restaurants and places to visit was very useful. So, my strong suggestion is to start with these tips to get the grip of what's best in this area.

Traumhafter Blick auf den See und die Umgebung aus der liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung. Als Außenbereich stehen sowohl Balkone als auch ein kleiner Garten mit Sitzplatz zur Verfügung. Bolsena ist ein nettes belebtes kleines Städtchen und die Wohnung ist fußläufig nicht weit bis zum See gelegen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Posto bellissimo e dal vivo è ancora meglio! Io e il mio compagno abbiamo trascorso un weekend fantastico, ci siamo sentiti subito a casa e la vista sul lago ci ha trasmesso una sensazione di pace talmente forte che ci siamo fermati un giorno in più! Gli host sono disponibili e gentilissimi, non ci hanno fatto mancare nulla, persone squisite. Non volevamo più andarcene e siamo sicuri di ritornare :)

Communication and availability of Cristina and Enrico has been incredible, I've had a personal issue during this vacation and they've done everything possible to satisfy my needs. Location is comfortable, with an amazing view and extremely close to Bolsena lake itself, i could not suggest anything better. Thanks again for your availability and support, really. La finestra sul lago

Uno scorcio di pace e tranquillita sul verde delle colline, l'azzurro del lago, i rossi e i gialli delle albe e dei tramonti. Una casa di famiglia nella quale ci siamo subito sentiti a nostro agio. Il silenzio interrotto solo dal vento che nelle prime due sere e notti ha ululato attorno alla casa trasformato però in un canto attutito dal tepore dell'ambiente, dalle luci soffuse e dal piumino morbidissimo sotto il quale ci siamo rifugiati. Cristina ed Enrico molto disponibili e presenti in caso di necessità. Ci siamo sentiti ospitati come se ci conoscessimo anche se in realta non ci siamo mai visti. Carinissima idea ci hanno fatto trovare una bottiglia di Merlot rosso e biscottini . Consigliato assolutamente per chi cerca un luogo tranquillo in cui riposarsi dopo una lunga giornata di visite e camminate in posti assolutamente stupendi come abbiamo visitato noi. Disponibili in casa biancherie varie come asciugamani lenzuola tovaglie stoviglie ecc e anche una raccolta di suggerimenti di itinerari per chi non avesse bene idea di cosa visitare nei dintorni. Una bella libreria a disposizione degli ospiti e anche un bel camino che noi però non abbiamo utilizzato ,un grande abbraccio

We are travelling a lot But this Place was one of the best Spots we have been to. The flat with the view is breathtakingly Beautiful and the Style is very tasteful. Cristina and Enrico are very nice people who take care of their guests. Also really recommended for travelling with children, our 2 Kids (5 and 7 years old) loved it!! Für uns war die wirklich sehr schöne Wohnung ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt um das wunderschöne und vor allem für an der Kultur der Etrusker interessierte Leute sehr interessante Gebiet um den Bolsenersee zu erkunden. (sehr aufregende alte Städte auf Tufffelsen und die erstaunlichen Nekropolen der Etrusker) Die Wohnung bietet einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf den Bolsenasee. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit!

Diese Wohnung ist einfach perfekt! Die Lage oberhalb des Ortes bietet tolle Ausblicke in alle Richtungen. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und liebevoll ausgestattet. A great time in Bolsena!

We were very welcomed by Cristina & Enrico, very nice hosts who are always there for you. The apartment was beautiful with a stunning view over the fantastic lake. Unfortunately we did not see much of the village itself, we were with family at a nearby campsite and were also in Rome for 2 more days. We were in the middle of the local Italians. From one of them we even got hands full of tomatoes, how nice. Who knows, maybe we'll come back here again. Thanks again dear Cristina & Enrico! Fam Buijs, Beverwijk.

Abbiamo alloggiato 15 giorni in questo appartamento e ci siamo trovati veramente bene. La casa è molto carina, accogliente, comoda e non lontana dal centro, ci sembrava di essere a casa nostra. La vista che si gode sul lago di Bolsena è meravigliosa, sia dal terrazzo che dalle finestre, la sera abbiamo ammirato tramonti bellissimi. Per finire Enrico e Cristina sono simpatici e sempre disponibili, un vero piacere conoscerli. Ci torneremo!!!

Beautiful appartment with stunning views!

The appartment is spacious with beautiful old furniture. All you need is available. With lovely chairs on the terrace we had a wide view over lago Bolsena and from the second terrace you see the old castle. The first night came a big rain and thunderstorm from the hills over the lake, it was a great experience with the views! Bolsena is a great old city with very small you can climb towards the castle, where you can look all over the city and the lake. We swim in the very clear water of the lake and eat on nice restaurants at the lake. In all we had a wonderful time and a big thanks for Cristana and Enrico to do everything for a pleasent stay!

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße. Man hat eine wunderbare Aussicht über den See. Die Zimmer sind sauber und nett eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Cristina und Enrico sind sehr aufmerksame Vermieter und bemühen sich sehr, dass ihre Gäste einen schönen Aufenthalt in ihrer Wohnung haben. Vielen, vielen Dank! Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und kommen sehr gerne wieder!
