Excellent, just as it has been in our 4 previous stays

Modern fully outfitted and comfortable apartment a 10-minute walk to the heart of Bolsena. This was our fifth stay with Maurizio's at Domus Bolsena and each has been excellent. Easy access to interesting locations to explore around Lake Bolsena. Good WIFI, A/C, views, and bed. Fully equipped even has a microwave.

Very nice apartment, close to the main attractions of Bolsena.

Great location. Close to the lake front, small port and bars and restaurants. It was also close to the centre too. Maurizio is very friendly and was able to indicate good places to visit during our stay in the area. Only 1 hour away from Saturnia Thermal Springs which were very pleasant and also free. Lake Bolsena itself was very pretty although not particularly big. We did find a trail around the lake to go on our bikes. The terrain is fairly flat as well.

Could have done with the central heating on in the last week of October, especially to dry bath towels in the bathroom and generally feel a little more comfortable. We stayed close to the end of October and so be prepared for many shops, bars and restaurants to be closed or open at weird times.

Yet another wonderful stay in Bolsena at the apartment Domus Bolsena

Wonderful location to visit Bolsena and the area. Our host Maurizio was gracious and helpful as he has been for our previous visits. Fully equipped apartment and walking distance to a food store as well as the local church. Twenty minutes to Bagnoregio or Montefiascone. Designated parking. The washing machine and micorwave really add to the comfort of the apartment.

Very secure but use great care with only key to prevent lock out.

Great repeat stay in a comfortable well appointed apartment

Our second stay and it was wonderful. Maurizio, the owner and a great host met us and reviewed the apartment features and the area. Most helpful. Great location both within Bolsena and in the area. Self catering with a well equipped kitchen. Excellent WiFi, heat and air conditioning and washing machine. A very clean, quiet and comfortable place to stay with a much appreciated large shower. We were very pleased.

Excellent modern apartment in an interesting and beautiful area.

A very nice second floor apartment with a great balcony view over Lake Bolsena. Self catering with a nice Ikea kitchen and washing machine in basement area and good heat. Very good WIFI system. Modern neighborhood in a town that goes back to Roman/Etruscan times with lots of history particularly with the Basilica of Santa Cristina. Other towns around Lake Bolsena are really worth a visit. Our host, Maurizio, was responsive to our inquires. Walking distance to a small grocery store. All of Bolsena is easily accessed by foot.

Because of the construction style, parking is not on site but in an adjacent 35 car public lot. I might be a problem during high season.

Fabulous

Friendly host, nice and clean rooms and close to the centre of the beautiful village Bolsena. Restaurants and the lake are quiet close as well. Value for money for this accomadation

Lar no Lago Bolsena!!

A casa é excelente e representa exatamente o que as imagens mostram. O anfitrião foi muito acolhedor. Nos recebeu pessoalmente, conversou conosco procurando saber sobre nós e falando um pouco sobre o local e a cidade. Apresentou a casa, nos perguntou se a temperatura do aquecedor estava boa. A decoração é cuidadosa. Os espaços (sala, quartos, banheiro, etc) são bem dimensionados sendo o mobiliário adequado em tamanho para os espaços. O local onde fica a casa é uma espécie de condomínio e é muito bonito (Lago Bolsena). Você pode caminhar por poucos minutos até o lago. Ficamos pouquíssimo tempo, mas mesmo assim, nos sentimos em casa! Muito agradecida pelo acolhimento.

Não é uma queixa, mas uma informação relevante para o viajante: o acesso à casa se dá por escadas e, se você estiver viajando com pessoas com restrição de mobilidade (idosos ou cadeirantes), você pode ter dificuldade ou o acesso ser inviável. Assim, sugiro pedir mais informações ou ver todas as fotografias (há uma foto da casa de frente, mostrando as escadas).

Breve ma piacevole soggiorno a Bolsena

Casa nuova molto accogliente, assolutamente indipendente, in posizione strategica perché vicinissima al centro ed al lago. C'era un bel terrazzo, parzialmente coperto con un ampio telone, apribile elettronicamente. Si scendeva con una scala esterna in un cortiletto che portava al cancello d'ingresso, ampiamente illuminato. Subito fuori c'era un bel piazzale con tanti posti per parcheggiare gratuitamente: una vera ricchezza, perché a Bolsena quasi tutti i parcheggi sono a pagamento. L'interno era ottimamente riscaldato, ideale per giornate invernali fredde ed uggiose. Per l'estate c'è un buon condizionatore. Ottimi i termosifoni anche in bagno, adatti ad appendere gli asciugamani per una veloce asciugatura. Cucina dotata di tutto il necessario (pentole, piatti, bicchieri, posate, sale, pepe, macchinetta elettrica per il caffè, con relative cialde, secchi per la raccolta differenziata, stoviglie etc.). Ambiente silenzioso. Due televisori. Noi siamo stati qui in Gennaio e siamo stati benissimo.

E' tutto a posto. Non sempre abbiamo trovato sistemazioni che ci hanno soddisfatto come Domus Bolsena.

Consigliatissimo

Ottimo appartamento di recente costruzione, dotato di ogni confort. Bellissimo terrazzo abitabile (primavera estate). Non adatto a chi ha problemi di deambulazione perché al primo piano con scale che salgono ripide. Posizione centrale a tutto. Parcheggio pubblico gratuito davanti casa. Host molto cordiale, ti accoglie di persona e pochissimo invadente. Se sarà disponibile, tornerò sicuramente.

Purtroppo la lavatrice è in condivisione col padrone di casa.
