Spacious, comfortable apartment in a superb location.

This was our 2nd stay at the property in the last 3 years, so we like the house as well as the location.

A great mix of lake and town.

A very clean nice apartment in the first floor. At an agreed time we met the agent to collect keys and get some basic information. We were able to park our car on the property but think that may not always be possible in which case there's some parking on the road or pay parking in 200 metres. Bolsena itself was lovely with a mix of the lake and small old hill town. Small supermarket nearby and shops in the old town. Reasonable selection of bars and restaurants. A delightful three days!

Nice house close to the lake

A whole, quite large house with a nice garden for rent. Fully equipped kitchen, nice bathroom with shower, very close to the city center (castle) and the lake. All by foot. There is also a nice balcony with a table where you can spend a pleasant evening or even night. The owner was very helpful and accepted us despite the late arrival.

It is a great understatement and indeed a misleading thing that the property has a parking. There is a piece of the yard behind the gate, but it is absolutely impossible to get there with a bigger car than the Smart. The street is usually blocked with parking cars that prevent car access to the property. Luckily it was easy to find a free parking place on the street or in the parking at the end of the street, or paid parking, maybe 100 meters away, close to the lake. The apartment does not have air conditioning but the windows have mosquito nets so they could be left open all night. Despite some reservations, we really liked the house and we strongly recommend renting it.

Highly recommend! Calm, good location and great host

Beautiful house, really nice host. Very calm and quiet place. Very well maintained, the owner also allowed us to park our bicycles I. The garage which was helpful. Also the lake as well as the city are easily accessible. Would highly recommend this place!

Spacious; Great location

The location is equally convenient to both the lakeshore and the old town. The house itself is very spacious and the kitchen is well-equipped. It was a great stop on the Via Francigena.

Bello il centro è imponente il castello.il lago sempre rilassante

Posizione a pochi passi dal lago e in zona tranquilla. Abbiamo potuto parcheggiare le moto in veranda e non sulla strada. Grazie alla sig. Fabiola che ci ha accolti e per una notte nella sua struttura. In frigo abbiamo trovato dei succhi di frutta e una bottiglia di acqua fresca. Appartamento grande e spazioso

Unica nota è il cane dei vicini che di notte ha abbaiato ma così ha fatto la guardia alle moto!

Grand maison à 5 minutes à pied du centre et du lac

La maison est très grande et très bien située, à mi chemin entre le centre ville et le lac (5 minutes à pied des deux) Ca permet d'avoir un pied à terre dans Bolsena, grand, confortable et à un prix tout à fait raisonnable.

Avec la climatisation dans la chambre ca serait parfait. Il y a des chiens dans le quartier et la nuit ils peuvent aboyer (j'ai eu une nuit un peu agitée)

Oltre le aspettative!

Accoglienza cordiale, tutto era al suo posto nell'attesa del check in. La casa è in ottima posizione, gli ambienti molto confortevoli e spaziosi. Arredamento particolare e nuovo, luminosissima. Sicuramente valuto di tornarci per un soggiorno più lungo. Stra consigliato per chi vuole stare a due passi dal lago per godersi passeggiate, tramonti e aperitivi.

reibungsloser Check-in und sehr netter Kontakt. Großzügige und saubere Wohnung und auf Wunsch bekamen wir sogar getrennte Schlafzimmer. Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet. Fürs erste Frühstück war ebenfalls gesorgt.

die Sitzgelegenheiten im Wohnzimmer (Sofas) sind ziemlich alt und durchgesessen.

Vicino al centro storico e lago. Appartamento grande, pulito,accogliete, in posto tranquillo. La proprietaria era molto gentile.

Il parcheggio lontano dalla casa, non custodito, per strada. Mi mancava le tazze per il té.

Casa spaziosa signora gentile Asciugamani puliti come e dovuto A disposizione macchina del caffe e biscotti acqua e molte altre cose

Sinceramente trovo non corretto avere una caldaia bloccata a una temperatura fissa con una giornata di tramontana e non poterla regolare perche termostato sigillato con lucchetto siamo stati un po' al gelo ma non o voluto disturbare per non essere scortese
