Delightful stay in a stunning property which is exceptionally clean and well equipped.

Absolutely lovely property, very comfortable and exceptionally clean. Gianfranco was a delight and the grounds were beautiful with stunning views over the town and lake. The kitchen was well equipped and whilst not particularly modern it was good quality throughout. I walked around with white socks one morning and had not a mark on my feet as it was so spotlessly cleaned.

The only suggestion from us is that the shower head in our bathroom was not very good and had little pressure.

Relaxed three days in bolsena and surroundings.

The location with great view over the lake and walking distance centre bolsena. Well-equiped appartment with sleeping room, kitchen and terrace. Very gentle host Gianfranco who welcomed us with wine, cookies and vegetables from own garden.

Lovely relaxing patio with views. Comfortable accommodation.

We really enjoyed the relaxing feeling of sitting on the patio and looking out at lake Bolsena .

If you are walking into town you have to be very careful of traffic as no footpaths. Groceries at other side of town and nothing really close by. And there is an uphill climb on way back.

Exceptional

Perfect apartment with fabulous views over the Lake. Gianfranco is an exceptional host. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Excellent supply of dishes and utensils for cooking and plenty of glasses for vino! I have been travelling all over Europe many times and this is one of the very best apartments I have ever stayed in for the price.

You would have to be very picky to find anything not to like. I have stayed in many apartments travelling in Italy and none of them had microwaves. Must be an Italian thing.

Beautiful view of the Lake. Hosts extremely friendly and helpful, coffee on arrival, and helped with garaging of the motorbikes with planks of wood to stabilise. Helped with drying of our clothes as we arrived wet on our motorbikes. Great hosts, fun to talk to and hear about them. Close to the town for restaurants and bars.

lovely position , very near the town quick walk but also felt if you were in the Countryside, Gianfranco and his Wife made us feel very welcome .

Exceptional

Gianfranco and Anna were the most generous, gracious hosts we have encountered in our travels. They took us and especially our 6-month-old daughter into their hearts, attended to every extra need we had. Their beautiful place is nestled in olive groves and fruit trees, meaning that despite a quite busy road above the property, we always had quiet and remoteness if we wanted it. The views from the terrace were gorgeous! We will absolutely be back!

A fantastic stay!

Owners were extremely kind and gave us few advises on where to eat... Their property is superb and the location is fantastic... We really enjoyed the place, the apartment was super clean and everything we need was there... We'll go back there is we pass by Bolsena!!!

Total schön!

Gianfranco ist total nett, und hat uns bei all unseren Fragen weiter geholfen! Wer Katzen mag, wird sich ebenfalls sehr wohl fühlen. Wir waren ohne Auto unterwegs, und die Unterkunft war perfekt gelegen. Das letze Stück muss man zwar auf der Straße laufen, aber die Distanz zur Stadt und zum See ist in Ordnung und dafür hat man einen wunderbaren Blick!

Man hört die Autos von der Straße direkt daneben, in der Nacht ist es bis auf ein bisschen Hundegebell aus der Ferne aber ruhig.

וילה מקסימה באזור מהמם. הבעלים של המקום חי בקומה מעל. איש נחמד מאוד, זמין לכל דבר, שלח לנו המלצות לכל מיני דברים שניתן לעשות בסביבה. קבלת פנים מקסימה עם יין, מים מינרלים ועוגיות. הוילה לא נמצאת ממש בתוך העיירה בולסנה אלא קצת מעליה, אבל בעיני זה יתרון. הנוף מהמם! יש שקט והחוויה מאוד איטלקית אותנטית. נהנינו מאוד!

Abbiamo passato una bellissima settimana. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

La Casa Antica Volsinii in particolare l'appartamento Ponente era accogliente e pulitissima con una fantastica vista sul lago e il castello di Bolsena ma anche a due passi dal centro storico. I piccoli gesti di attenzione di Gianfranco ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Ci piacerebbe tornare a soggiornare qui!

Heerlijk verblijf, prachtig gelegen, super host.

Prachtige locatie met mooie uitzichten en dichtbij centrum en strandje. Heerlijk appartement met werkelijk alles wat je nodig zou kunnen hebben. Host was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er was door ons last-minute een wijziging in de data gevraagd en de host was hierin zeer flexibel. Hij stelde zelf een oplossing voor, wat super was! Hier komen we zeker terug!

Fantastisch voor een perfecte vakantie.

Alles!!! De prachtige ligging en het fantastische uitzicht, de ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzame eigenaren, de ontvangst, de accommodatie met haar complete inrichting, goede bedden, fijne badkamer, en mooie terras. Ondanks de hitte (35+) was het huis voldoende koel te houden zonder airco. Op loopafstand van het gezellige Bolsena en het meer.

Dolce vita à Bolsena

Nous avons aimé l'accueil de Gianfranco, disponible et gentil. L'environnement de sa belle maison : oliveraie, cerisiers, plantes exotiques, jardin entretenu et luxuriant, tonnelle où l'on peut lire sous la glycine. Quel bonheur ! Et la vue à 180° sur le lac majestueux !! Nous étions à quelques pas de la zone archéologique, mais aussi à 5 minutes à pied du centre de Bolsena et de son beau château à visiter. En voiture on peut aussi faire le tour du lac et de ses villages et on peut aller marcher dans la belle forêt du "Parco di Turano", à 5km de Bolsena. Merci pour ce beau séjour !

Seh freundlicher und nette Gastgeber sagenhafte Lage mit Blick auf den See, vorbildliche Sichheitseinrichtung, bin begeister über Sichheits vorkehrungen und Fluchtplan wenn es Brennt sagenhafte Brandschutz vorkehrungen Vorbildlich auuf die Sicherheit der Gäste Bedacht, kann man nur sehr Empfehlen. Sehr gut um Unnehmungen zu Starten Gastgeber sehr hielfsberreit, die Austattung super immer frische Handtücher wenn bennötigt, es wird einem auch der Müll ensorgt man brucht es nur vor die Tür stellen alles hervorragend immer wieder herzlichen Dank Sabine und Thomas Mlakar

Casa vacanze estremamente consigliata per la fantastica posizione con vista lago e centro storico di Bolsena, a pochi minuti di macchina. Struttura dotata di tutti i comfort necessari e spazi adeguati. Ottima la pulizia degli ambienti. La vera chicca è il terrazzino con vista sul lago di Bolsena. I proprietari, Gianfranco e Anna, sono disponibilissimi e molto gentili.

Eine tolle Woche, ein Aufenthalt lohnt sich auch im Winter!

Tolle Lage, schönes Haus, gemütlich und sauber, sehr nette, zugewandte und zuverlässige Vermieter, Parkplatz vor der Türe, auch für die Räder war Platz. Es ist an alles gedacht und sehr lieb fanden wir, dass einige Dinge schon vorhanden waren, wie Essig, Öl, Spülmittel etc.

Uns hat alles wunderbar gefallen:)

Fantastisch appartement met dito uitzcht op het meer

De host was erg aardig, relaxt en behulpzaam. Bij eventuele vragen werd er vrijwel meteen geantwoord. Het gebouw heeft 3 lagen. Ons appartementsdeel, Levante was op 1 hoog. Doordat het terrein in terrassen is ontstaat het idee dat het de begane grond is. Het appartement zelf is best mooi, ruim (3 slaapkamers), schoon en Italiaans ingericht. De stopcontacten zijn Italiaans. De Nederlandse stekkers passen er dus niet in omdat de pennen te dik zijn Het gebouw is rustig gelegen, heeft een uitzicht op het meer van Bolsena en eigen parkeerplaatsen. Op de site van booking wordt niet geheel duidelijk waar de appartement zich bevinden en welke voorzieningen die heeft. Bij de Levante staan bijv. ook foto’s van het Ponente appartement. De Levante bevindt zich, gezien vanuit de entree van het perceel, aan de voorkant van het huis en heeft de keuken die uit 2 delen bestaat. De Ponente is aan de achterkant gepositioneerd en heeft 1 keukendeel (met de blauwe tegels). De afstand naar het centrum is ongeveer 500 meter, maar niet vlak zoals Google dat vermeld. Als je niet wil omlopen via de autoweg dan zitten er een aantal steile hellingen e/o trappen waar rekening mee moet worden gehouden. Voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn kan dit een probleem zijn.
