Everything. Luisa was a wonderful host. And very forgiving when I left the keys in the lock upon leaving and she had to have the lock disassembled to get into the apartment. The apartment was spacious, clean, cool at night, the internet worked well, and the kitchen was perfect to cook meals in. It is in the old part of Bolsena with four or five restaurants within a two minute walk of the door. The views of the lake are wonderful from the apartment and the beach/lake itself is a 15 minute walk from the apartment. The local piazza is only 5 minutes from the apartment as are the many shops and other cafes and restaurants. Great place to stay for 1-2 people for multiple days. You will also get some good exercise climbing the steps to the upper old town but it is relatively quick and easy. And absolutely worth it.

It's a cozy place. The owner is very kind, the price is good, and just outside there are a wine bar and a restaurant. Next time you travel to Bolsena you should book this place, which is a truly jewel.
