Fantastic town and beautiful/comfortable apartment

Lovely apartment, but a bit cold in october

A lovely hostess, very nice apartment close to medieval area, nice little kitchen also has a washing machine and tv.

There was no heating on in late october and altho sunny in the day it got colder at night so we werent very warm at night. A simple small heater or the radiators coming on for a couple of hours would have been good. No wifi.

This newly renovated, very comfortable apartment is very well situated just 100 metres from the gate to the old town and main shopping street. 150 metres to the nearest square/bar/restaurants/supermarket/fresh fruit & vegetables/baker. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a small building. It is very well appointed and includes a washing machine (a real asset if staying for a few days). The area is quiet and the Host is most charming and helpful. The lake is a pleasant 1 km shady, level walk away where one can enjoy the bars and restaurants overlooking the water. We recommend this apartment and would definately stay again.

The shower is a little small however the washing machine is a bonus. There is no WiFi available.

Mi sono sentita a casa, in un luogo da fiaba.

Posizione ottima perché vicinissima a via Fiorentina, e al quartiere Castello di Bolsena, raggiungibili comodamente a piedi. Sempre a piedi, si raggiunge il viale alberato con i grandi platani che conduce al lago. Posizione vicina ad un supermercato, panificio, fruttivendolo, farmacia, posta, banca. Mi è piaciuta la quiete e l'appartamento accogliente per 2 persone, dotato di tutti i confort: cucina, bagno con biancheria, ventilatori in caso di caldo, detersivi per pulizia quitidiana, asciugacapelli, tv. La proprietaria, molto gentile e disponibile, ha fornito notizie utili per la gestione dei rifiuti, dei parcheggi in zona, dei luoghi da visitare. Infatti, in zona, ci sono parcheggi a pagamento e altri, in numero inferiore, delimitati da strisce bianche che non richiedono alcun pagamento di ticket.

Non rilevo situazioni negative. Potrei solo evidenziare che l'accesso all'appartamento è possibile mediante una decina di scalini, che potrebbero rappresentare un ostacolo in caso di ospiti con problemi di deambulazione. Inoltre non c'è WiFi ma, personalmente, tale carenza non ha costituito un problema.

Alloggio nel centro storico di Bolsena ,sotto il castello. La signora Elena gentilissima ci ha accolto all'arrivo per il check-in e ci ha spiegato i servizi dell'alloggio.Alloggio veramente carino,pulito,con tutto l'occorrente , si vede la mano della signora,precisa, puntigliosa che vuole fare bella figura con gli ospiti ,il nostro giudizio e molto positivo e ringraziamo la signora per come tiene l'alloggio .

Heel fijne dagen gehad in prima appartement en heerlijk stadje!

Het appartement was heel goed voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. De ligging op 1 minuut lopen van het centrum is geweldig.

Alleen de douche zou wel iets comfortabeler mogen zijn.

Soggiorno piacevole e rilassante

Posizione centralissima, a due passi dal centro e dal lago. Patrizia, proprietaria, super gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi domanda e bisogno. Il parcheggio, se libero, è nel vialetto dell’appartamento, se non disponibile c’è quello a pagamento nelle righe blu per il quale si ha a dispozione un tagliandino che vale come sconto (anziché 1€ all’ora si paga 2,50€ x 24h, quindi super comodo).
