This comfortable country house is ideal for groups who want to spend undisturbed vacations in nature. About 5 km from the village of Apecchio, it is located in a sublime and quiet isolated position on a hill with a beautiful view of the valley. The cottage consists of 5 separate units that are rented together. Guests can eat together in a large dining room with an open fireplace, as well as in the garden seating area in front of the house, always with a beautiful view of the valley. The interior is tastefully decorated in country style. The pool area is about 30 meters away, slightly elevated on a hilltop and offers a sensational view of the opposite Monte Nerone (1,525m). A place not only for bathing and sunbathing - also for singing, jumping, meditating. House and pool area are handicapped accessible. A cooking service can be organized on request in a nearby ristorante (2 km). The vacation house is an ideal starting point for hikes and mountain bike tours in the surrounding mountains, but also for excursions to the worth seeing Umbrian towns like Gubbio, Urbino, Città di Castello and Perugia. A sea day is also a possibility - down to the Adriatic coast at Pesaro/Fano. Unpaved access road (1 km).
