Amazing hosts, good food and a great location
Centrally located and a good base to explore Umbria. The estate is beautiful, tranquil and safe. The hosts provided great recommendations that were extremely useful for a first timer in Umbria. They were hospitable and made every guest feel welcomed. The restaurant has great food and staff.
It was a pity that the pool was not open but this was due to the weather.

Very enjoyable stay! Beautiful place. Lovely staff, Eddie was very helpful. The chef held a very high standard. Very good food priced reasonably.
The ac didn't work but there was a fan which was fine the room was a little dusty but nothing too egregious.

apartment kitchen accessories need to be more complete. ie. cooking utensils room was above a dinner birthday party so noisy. not a normal situation. usually quiet there
