The room was new and it was pleasant to sit by the pool.

The pool wasn't deep, so there's a large children's pool. I chose this hotel because it had a pool, but we didn't use it except for the first day. There were no special discounts for dinner (i mean for who stays in hotel) I think the price and service offered weren't adequate. There weren't as many options for breakfast

A wonderful short (unfortunately!) stay, we hope to come back and we will definitely recommend the place to our friends.

The staff were amazing if you love food and wine it’s the place to go! The staff were super knowledgeable and really friendly. The pool and grounds are lovely.

The rooms were great however the soundproofing was not fab and I was woken in the early hours by Simone who had left a key behind ringing the neighbouring alarm, a lot of noise transfer but not from the restaurant or outside area.

Wonderful place for a relaxt vacation

Our stay was really fantastic. The staff made our stay extra special with their kindness and superb hospitality. Every morning, afternoon and evening we could count on delicious and fresh food. We were really sad to leave favorita after our 4 day stay and will come back for sure!

Wonderful resort to relax in. The food at the restaurant was incredibly tasty and was a lovely evening next to the pool. Breakfast had a great selection. The room was also stunning and very comfortable.

We’ve met warm, kind, helpful and professional staff throughout our complete stay. Very comfortable and large room, big courtyard for our child to play. Several well maintained children’s activities. Clean all the way. Breakfast is great and diverse. Dinner was fantastic as well. Definitely recommend. We will be returning.

The sound of water flowing through the sewage from the neighboring room was quite noisy.

THE place to be in Umbria

Excellent rustic property. really well managed, super friendly and helpful stuff, delicious restaurant., great selection of wines. Anything you want for breakfast. Monica was superb host, Alex is a super friendly adorable guy to talk about wines and food. A must if you want to explore Umbria.

Excellent restaurant

Had booked a Junior Suite but was given a much smaller room, was told it was an upgrade (newer room) but we wanted the space so didn't really feel like that and room was very expensive for what it was (€145) - room we were given was ess than half the size of what we booked. Saw on the booking screen that someone else was in the room we wanted so the reality was that we were double booked. Shame, but outstanding restaurant and the best Lemoncello I've ever tasted partly made up for it.

If you are vacationing in Umbria, do yourself a favor and stay here!

This resort is a real gem! For starters is is a gorgeous estate, the room was really modern, big and super clean ( with a lovely view). They have really chosen very high end details and you can see that everywhere, from the room , to the Osteria and the breakfast, quality comes first! The Osteria is really great, with an amazing and very thought out menu comprised of typical plates with a modern twist to them. We ate there twice in a 2 night stay and it was some of the best food of our whole trip. No wonder it is always full with locals, eating there. The breakfast is served at the Osteria in a beautiful buffet, and it has a lovely selection of sweet and savory items. Everything is homemade and you can definitely tell. Also the coffee was great! To top it all off, everyone working there was great. Very nice, thoughtful and great professionals. The location if also a great option if you are travelling through Umbria with a car and want to see different towns. It was really easy to get to and it is 10 minutes away from Assisi and Spello and close to other towns you will want to visit. I would definitely recommend this to anyone thinking of a vacation in Umbria, and to be honest I would love to come back as soon as possible!

best stay of my trip

everything the staff is super friendly, my parents stayed here a couple months before me and they still remembered them. when I had a problem with my airconditioning they didn’t stop trying to fix it all night (was fixed eventually!) mosquito nets for the windows so you can open the windows for fresh air such luxurious rooms, really nice smell in the room too lots of choice for breakfast, from bread to pancakes, a big granola “station” to make your own yoghurt bowl and lots of sweet pies and pastries the restaurant serves delicious food and the staff really knows a lot about wine the staff really feels like one big family, with the owner helping in the restaurant serving on some nights lots of beds around the pool to lie on cocktail bar for your pool refreshment or aperitif restaurant for lunch can be booked online and has an English menu the property is just beautiful, looks old and historic on the outside but is modern on the inside they have a shop where you can buy wines and olive oil special thanks to Monica for being an amazing host and helping me out with all my questions. but in general to all staff because you really made me feel at home as a solo traveler.

I can’t think of anything, I’ve enjoyed my stay tremendously and will definitely come back.

perfect hangout for a stay around Assisi area

located very closely to a lot of beautiful little villages as well as bigger cut it’s. Assisi, Trevi, Spello and Perugia are all within easy reach. rooms very well appointed, elaborate breakfast and most of all very accommodating and friendly staff.

Very friendly staff, always ready to help you! Good breakfast with cereals, superfood, yoghurt, croissants, cheese, ham,… and local products as well as home made pie. Modern rooms with good airconditioning! When we left, we received a lunch bag for on the road.

Noisy room: sound isolation is insufficient between the rooms and the hallway There was no possibility to order a sandwich for lunch or something else small to eat: the lunch menu was the same as the diner menu.
