Nothing. We liked everything.

Property was an excellent base for us to explore this part of Umbria. You will require a car ideally. Assisi was only about 5 miles away and definitely worth visiting. The restaurant was excellent and wine list huge. Pool was fabulous and staff were friendly.

Spacious and well-proportioned rooms, friendly staff, plenty of open space around the grounds for kids to play, good area for relaxing around the pool and by the bar, extensive breakfast buffet. Free EV charging a definite plus.
The restaurant is expensive for what it is. The pool is shallow and quite small for a hotel this size - good for taking a dip but with little space for kids to swim or play. Balls, jumping etc are explicitly prohibited.
