Very nice property close to Assisi. Staff very helpful. Clean and ample parking. Very easy to find. Breakfast was very good and varied. We had a balcony and it was very nice to relax after a day of travelling.

Exceptional
Really varied breakfast with many sweet options, including homemade cake, but also cheese and cold meats. The staff was superfriendly and you can speak English with owners. Large garden, friendly dogs, fenced, secure area around the house and convenient shadowed car park. There is lot of handouts, guides and maps of Umbria, Perugia, Assisi available.
