Very convenient for overnight stay after arriving at Perugia airport . Clean, very comfortable bed. Very friendly welcome.

No facilities in the room to make a cup of tea or coffee. No savoury items available for breakfast.

I chose this B&B mainly because it was near the airport and offered a free transfer. it exceeded my expectations. The rooms were stylishly renovated, quite newly done and very comfortable. The Farmhouse is surrounded by beautiful countryside and there’s an excellent restaurant 1.5k away. We received a free pickup and lift back to the airport and a nice breakfast which made it good value for us. Perfect, thank you.

A little bit of luxury!

The whole property has been finished to a high standard and the rooms felt like a luxurious hotel whist still retaining a charming home from home feel. Great location for exploring nearby Assisi and Perugia which are both stunning. Lovely host and very nice breakfast.

Quite close to the train line but the trains are slow here so the noise wasn't too bad.

Mi è piaciuto quasi tutto,la posizione per arrivare al Comicon perfetta,per arrivare in centro anche,letto confortevole e Bagno delle giuste dimensioni,con il vaso ed il bidet in unica soluzione!cabina doccia ampia!

La colazione più che adeguata. La posizione ottima per raggiungere il territorio circostante (Assisi, Perugia, ecc.). La cortesia dei gestori. Pulizia e tranquillità ottimali.

Prevederei anche un armadio con cassetti nella camera. La regolazione dell'acqua calda in doccia è un po' difficoltosa.

B&b in una villa privata molto ben curata con accesso indipendente per gli ospiti. É possibile accedere in auto e parcheggiare l’auto nel cancello privato dei proprietari. Camere pulite, arredate con gusto, bagni nuovi e molto belli, la doccia con il faretto che cambia colore é una cosa pazzesca. Ottima colazione classica arricchita con ciambelloni e crostate fatte in casa.

Господарі цього помешкання надзвичайно приємні та гостинні люди! Прекрасне розташування у тихому спокійному районі. Надзвичайно чисті апартаменти, дуже комфортне ліжко, дуже смачний сніданок, прекрасна кава та свіжа випічка. Є парковка для авто, недалеко магазин Gala з великим вибором продуктів та готових страв, поруч знаходяться гарні ресторани. Дуже близько до Asissi та Spello - рекомендую відвідати. Обов'язково повернемося ще! Grazie mille!

Piacevole sorpresa

Stanza curata nei minimi dettagli e pulita. La colazione ricca e genuina con i dolci fatti in casa. Sabrina e suo figlio sono stati disponibilissimi anche nel consigliarci un ristorante per cena. Purtroppo il nostro soggiorno è durato una sola notte ma sicuramente torneremo. La posizione della struttura è ottima, nella tranquillità della campagna ma comoda per visitare i paesi della zona, vicinissima ad Assisi e Perugia.

La struttura è curata in ogni dettaglio, si dorme benissimo e la camera è molto spaziosa e ben riscaldata , la colazione è ottima come anche la posizione dei tavoli affacciati alla bellissima collina Umbra .
