Holiday at the wedding hotel

The hotel is easy to reach and has it’s own in-house parking. The outdoor recreation area and the pool area are exceptional. Pls consider that the area is used for weddings having an impact on your personal freedom as hotel guest. Otherwise the spot is an excellent choice.

All staff was polite, friendly and always available , despite being of course very busy they are particularly attentive to all our needs and meals were excellent with good wine , also flexible timing ; the external spaces beside being beautiful were very well maintained and clean so as the pool which is new. The room was always tidy , the AC in the room can be adapted to one's need . The SPA in addition is very comfortable , the massage was perfect and price fair . All personnel and spaces respected perfectly the COVID precautions at all time; I am originally born in Perugia and now living abroad, I am so proud of what I have seen... Grazie ragazzi e e forza GRIFO :)

If anything at all to improve is about one of the two dining room which is very large, with few tables and I guess because normally used for events gives the impression to be sort of empty saloon if one dines there . But honestly, I am not sure anything can be done about it ... Due to coronavirus time it is probably even an added value!

È una struttura bellissima immersa in un parco stupendo, parcheggio interno, vicina a una strada in linea d’aria a grande percorribilità, ma ugualmente silenziosa, stanze belle e colazione superlativa, come si trova raramente, con spremute, estratti e molto varietà in tutto. Personale gentilissimo

Un weekend da favola

Il Relais è curatissimo in ogni dettaglio. Le camere pulite, spaziose e accoglienti. Gli spazi esterni sono un paradiso per gli occhi, fiori, fontane, erbe aromatiche, prati verdi, lucine, alberi. Ci sono anche dei giochi per i bimbi. Personale gentile e disponibile. Colazione ottima così come gli aperitivi e la cena. Insomma un weekend da favola.

Il giorno d'arrivo la camera si è allagata causa rottura del condizionatore.Ho chiesto il cambio camera ma mi è stato negato senza spiegazioni. Il condizionatore è stato accomodato ma ha continuato a perdere leggermente durante tutto il soggiorno. In aggiunta segnalo che il personale, un po' svogliato, andrebbe formato meglio ( Tutte le volte a colazione il cappuccino arrivava mezzo rovesciato e dovevamo sempre aspettare prima di poter ordinare le bevande calde)

Nous avons très bien dîné Place de parking disponible C’était bien mais un peu loin de Pérouse à mon goût Voiture indispensable

L’endroit est très grand et plutôt destiné aux événements ( mariages, communions, etc) Etre réveiller par la grosse tondeuse à gazon n’est pas des plus plaisants.

Buona la posizione, ottima la colazione ed il ristorante. Staff sempre gentile cordiale e disponibile

Ho notato che la struttura dispone di impianto fotovoltaico di dimensioni importanti, nonostante tutto non era presente un punto di ricarica per auto elettrica, peccato perché sarebbe stato molto comodo. Abbiamo soggiornato la prima settimana di settembre, abbiamo usufruito solo un paio di volte della piscina in quanto la temperatura dell'acqua era troppo bassa (nonostante i 30° di temperatura esterna)
