Old posthouse. Well kept but evidently showing its age. Massive room. Good breakfast. Farther from Perugia (which was our main destination) than we expected.

very glad we chose this hotel for it’s proximity to the airport, it’s 10 times more beautiful than the pictures, a medieval castle, big rooms and very comfortable, the reception staff amazing, realy made our stay very comfortable! and the free parking was a great bonus

We got a room upgrade for no extra cost. Staff was very helpful. Atmospheric rooms.

You would love to see such a stylish facility, typical of the area. Nude bricks and thick wall, high ceilings. The rooms are maybe a little old, but clean and comfortable. Service is friendly and willing to take care of any of your needs.

Jus a few degrees C° more in the room would be appreciable.

Perfect location for an early morning airport departure the next day. Off-road parking, excellent restaurant & welcoming staff.

The hotel was dissapointing. The host was unpleasant, airconditioner didn't cool and the room was very hot and airless. We have booked 2 nights, however, left after the first one since it was a disgusting room.

We had to change our holiday plans due my husband's wallet being stolen and so booked Lo Spedalicchio as a last minute change. The staff at the hotel, particularly Luca on reception, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

We stayed at this place in order to collect family arriving at Perugia airport as it is very close by. The place was most enjoyable and definitely would stay again.

I arrived late, past the advertised opening hours. The hotel staff offered and provided a meal for me.

Staff was wonderfully kind and helpful.

Lovely staff, receptionist Luca went above and beyond when our flight was delayed by more than 2 hours so we arrived tired and hungry after the restaurant and bar had closed. He made us tea and got my husband a beer, settled us on a comfortable sofa in the bar and rustled up a platter of cold meats, cheese and bread. The building is fabulous, and Luca happily recounted a potted history (he should have gone home 2 hours earlier! The room was enormous, tastefully furnished with a super clean ensuite shower room. We slept very well in the huge comfortable bed, . Good continental breakfast, then, sadly, had to check out. We had only booked a 1 night stay en route to our son's wedding. Again Luca (back on duty already, covering for a sick colleague) could not have been nicer or more helpful. He gave us directions and recommendations for scenic places to stop for coffees and lunch on our drive to the wedding venue. I had not planned to visit Italy again in the near future, but am now very tempted to return for a longer stay at this hotel and explore the area properly.
