Nice hotel to stay a couple nights

We stayed 2 nights it's around 12km from Assisi , but close to the street and has park in front of the building,who helps looking for our renting car. Room pleasent , breakfast nice , workers friendly .

The hair dryer is old and didn't work well and the air conditioning worked didn't warm the room as I think it should ,besides that all good

Very good location, between Perugia and Assisi, if you are driving a car. Michela took good care of us, always with a smile. The food (including pizza) at the hotel's own restaurant was excellent, and reasonably priced.

Le camere sono confortevole e pulite. Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile. La colazione è presso il bar attiguo ed è buona anche se l'assortimento non è ampio. Buono il ristorante annesso alla struttura con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo

L’unica cosa positiva è che si trova in una zona strategica stop !!!

In bagno mancava l’acqua nel bidet, il water era sporco, arredi fatiscenti, la pulizia lasciava a desiderare ovunque peccato vista la posizione in cui si trova sarebbe tutto da ristrutturare e da migliorare il servizio di colazione!!!

Personale molto incapace,stanze molto sporche con odore di fumo rubinetterie mangiate dal calcare colazione non degna di un albergo da 100 euro a notte sembra un ostello e avendo un bambino è stato molto spiacevole soggiornarci. Il personale delle pulizie non è stato in grado di ripristinare la carta igienica terminata siamo stati costretti ad usare i nostri fazzoletti di carta. Alla reception non c'era mai nessuno e quando era presente abbiamo trovato una persona con un abbigliamento non consono ad una receptionist . Ristorante annesso no comment. Riteniamo booking un professionista del settore e ci siamo sempre trovati bene ma questa volta no. Le foto che ci sono sul sito non rispecchiano la realtà.

Nel cuore dell’Umbria il soggiorno migliore

Struttura meravigliosa, bar luminoso, open space come non se ne vedono più come quelli di una volta, un posto che ti fa sentire a casa, in quella struttura ci ho lasciato un pezzo di cuore, so che il gentilissimo personale se ne prenderà cura! Un ringraziamento speciale a Sonia e Paolo che sono stati gentilissimi, il piccolo Daniel puó ancora migliorare, ma sicuramente si intravedeva la passione e l’impegno in lui.

Solo la posizione rispetto ad Assisi

Hotel che dovrebbe ASSOLUTAMENTE essere modernizzato ancora ha lo stile "anni 80". Ci hanno chiesto i documenti e non sono bastate le nostre patenti...cosa che ormai accettano dappertutto...hanno preteso...a causa dei controlli di averli in qualche modo, io senza problemi ho subito risposto "non ci sono problemi glieli invio via mail" e così ho fatto. Dopo una mezz'ora mi arriva una telefonata dall'Hotel e una signora al telefono:"signora ma lei ha la cittadinanza italiana? Perché sul documento c'è scritto che lei è nata in India" Siamo nel 2025 ed ancora ci vengono dubbi su un documento del tutto ITALIANO, sono rimasta basita, inoltre non contenti, mentre stavamo per uscire ci volevano dare la ricevuta, ma mentre me la davano hanno detto:"signora deve ancora il pagamento!" Ed io..."ma..." e prima che finissi mi ha subito chiesto scusa:"signora scusi". La camera era sporca anzi per essere precisi le coperte erano sporche e purtroppo il condizionatore non era messo in mezzo alla stanza ma solo da un lato facendo quindi fatica a raffreddare. Bagno rotto in vari punti e pieno di calcare agli angoli dei sanitari. Non contenti di come era andata ieri anche stamattina abbiamo avuto il nostro momento NCSP (non ci siamo proprio). Avevamo la prenotazione con colazione inclusa. Colazione surreale... niente tavolate imbandite e soprattutto c'era una signora che ti serviva...che praticamente ti inibiva a riprendere quel poco che c'era...ahimè NIENTE salato e se per caso volevamo un altro caffè, che abbiamo chiesto...la signora ci ha risposto:"signora la seconda consumazione va pagata, ma signora visto che i bimbi non hanno preso nulla la considero come se l'avessero presa loro" Non mi era MAI capitato e sono sincera non ci ritornerò sicuramente più. Attenzione a voi che prenotate lì...🫣

Non ci è piaciuto niente. Al nostro arrivo la camera era qhiacciata ( 26/12/24) in bagno non c'era neanche il termo , impensabile fare anche una doccia. La coperta con un buco immenso , letto scomodissimo . Il giorno dopo al rientro hanno spento la pompa di calore e la camera era di nuovo fredda. Vado a chiedere spiegazioni e mi rispondono per lo fanno per il risparmio energetico e climatico. Colazione triste. Siamo scappati via .

Tutto , non si trattano così i clienti . Sapevamo che la struttura non era nuova e ci andava bene , ma l'accoglienza è un altra cosa . Accendere la pompa di calore al minimo per fare trovare la camera accogliente ( siamo in pieno inverno) mi sembra dovuto. Il giorno dopo al rientro ci ha no spento la pompa di calare e la camera era fredda ( in bagno non c'era neanche il termo ). Siamo scappati via
