Amazing owners

Elegant place, it just needs more people working there to ensure no long waiting

It's big and looks very elegant. Clean, confortable and my room was pretty big

The staff was rather small, at least that day. Nobody at the reception for a long time when I needed to check out, so I went to have breakfast first and then came back at the desk. The breakfast was a la carte and I prefer the buffet, where I can see with my eyes what I'm getting and I can go back to choose as many times as you can.

Location and the swimming pool with the view of Assisi.

We had to order breakfast from the menu in the advance - the preceding evening. Menu was in Italian, we had to use google translate for help. And in the morning they confused our order. It was a bit annoying at that time, but funny with the passage of time. There was a bothering step at the bathroom entrance. There is a lovely pool, but no place to hang the bathing suit and wet towel, drying rack would help.

Family hotel located close to Assisi

The location is great for visiting both Assisi and Perugia - in a quiet part of town less than 10 minutes drive from Assisi proper (you can actually see it from the hotel) and about 25 minutes from Perugia. In addition to the in-house resturant, there are a number of resturants in the center of Bastia Umbra which is a few minutes drive. Rooms were comfortable (even though a bit old), and the breakfast was great (you need to order to what you would want the evening before).

In one of the rooms we booked, the shower was incredibly small for some reason. The place also has a restaurant, so on some evenings the parking situation could be a bit tight.

We were anticipated and warmly welcomed. It is convenient to Assisi and in a semi rural setting. We woke up to dogs barking and rosters crowing.

Lovely situation but no courtesy from the female owner

male receptionist and barman very pleasant and helpful.

the proprietor attitude when we complained about the breakfast .... she started screaming at us. No milk for cereal, not enough brioche, we couldnt expect her to put out sliced bread or eggs if she had less than ten people in the hotel ...and so it went on .... in the end we demanded to pay so we could leave asap. We were also put in a room for disabled persons which would have been alright if we could have opened the bathroom window and if the shower head had sprayed efficiently!

Soggiorno favoloso

Hotel situato in posizione strategica per poter visitare l'Umbria e le sue bellezze. Camera comoda e pulitissima, zona ristorante/bar ampia ed accogliente, spazi all' esterno confortevoli che abbiamo sfruttato la sera e infine la piscina che è la soluzione ideale per rilassarsi il pomeriggio dopo una giornata da girovaghi. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati dai titolari dell' Hotel e da tutto il personale, ogni esigenza è stata soddisfatta con grandissima disponibilità. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la possibilità di cenare la sera con menù sempre differenti e con scelta molto ampia: piatti davvero ottimi. Consigliatissimo!

Posizione ottimale per riposare e per visitare i paesi vicini della provincia di Perugia. Personale gentile e disponibile, camere pulite. Piscina con vista su Assisi e possibilità di cenare al ristorante locale che offre una cucina casalinga.

Gli arredamenti alla reception andrebbero un pò svecchiati ma nel complesso sono caratteristici.

Posizione molto comoda per raggiungere i principali borghi della zona di Perugia. Struttura accogliente e pulita, personale gentile, colazione ricca ma prevalentemente dolce. Non abbiamo potuto usufruire della piscina perché non ancora stagione, ma è sicuramente un plus. Parcheggio interno disponibile

Bagno dalle dimensioni piuttosto ridotte, ma comunque pulito e dotato di prodotti per l'igiene, asciugamani e asciugacapelli.

Un week end in Umbria tra Assisi e Perugia, con visita di Spello

Struttura pulita e accogliente, personale gentile e disponibile. Colazione ottima con buonissimi dolci. La struttura è comodissima per visitare Assisi, Santa Maria degli Angeli e Perugia.
