Fantastic long weekend away with family

The owners Johan & Luca, are fantastic at communication and genuinely lovely people. It was my birthday during the stay and Johan surprised me by coming by our window and playing a birthday song. A very kind gesture and greatly appreciated. He was always available for any help needed and they provided great recommendations. The mill was quiet and peaceful with great views in all directions, well equipped apartments and inviting pool.

This was truly a little piece of paradise over looking olive groves & beautiful countryside. The lovely stone villa was gorgeous, spacious, spotless & comfortable & the pool was perfect to cool down after a great day sightseeing.

An absolutely delightful stay in a beautiful area - we definitely hope to come back!

The location is just delightful - peaceful and beautiful. The pool is idyllic! (Particularly during the day on Sunday when we were the only ones there, it felt like being in a 5* luxury private villa) The hosts, Luca and Johan, are lovely - really friendly and super-helpful, we couldn't have asked for more

If I had to find any negative point, it would be the noise transfer from the adjoining and downstairs apartments. But definitely not enough of a problem to stop us wanting to come back and stay again!

Come sentirsi a casa, ideale per rigenerarsi e visitare i tanti punti d’interesse nei dintorni

Un bellissimo casale in sasso, tipico della zona, immerso nella pace ma a due minuti dai servizi. appartamenti ben arredati e dotati di tutto il necessario, giardino con tavoli e barbecue a disposizione, piscina bellissima con panorama spettacolare, ma la cosa migliore è stata l’accoglienza e la gentilezza di Richard e Jacqueline. Ci torneremo sicuramente in estate per godere a pieno dell’esterno

Il gelo totale!

Complessivamente la struttura non è male. Appartamento grande, tipico casolare umbro.

Appena arrivati c'erano 12 gradi. Il proprietario ci ha fatto trovare l'appartamento freddissimo. Abbiamo fatto il checkin, acceso i termo e i 2 split e siamo andati a cena sperando che nel frattempo L'appartamento si sarebbe scaldato. Una volta rientrati abbiamo trovato il gelo. I termo erano al minimo e i condizionatori nelle camere non funzionanti. Non siamo riusciti neanche a togliere i piumini e abbiamo chiamato il proprietario. Quest' ultimo dopo aver provato invano a smanettare con gli split ci ha detto che erano guasti e che non avrebbe potuto farci nulla. Chiaramente gli abbiamo contestato il fatto che il riscaldamento va controllato prima dell'arrivo degli ospiti e che la casa deve essere consegnata calda. Prontamente mi ha risposto invece che è compito degli ospiti controllare ed è andato via innervosito. Il giorno dopo non si è premurato neanche di chiederci se la situazione era migliorata o portarci una stufa. Il giorno dopo avendo tenuto i termo a palla tutto il giorno siamo riusciti a raggiungere 15 gradi. Solo la seconda notte siamo riusciti dormire al caldo (18 gradi). Pessimo comportamento e pessima accoglienza ! Mai più!

La piscine, le confort de l’hébergement

Un circuit automobile à proximité a rendu notre séjour bruyant tout comme les aboiements des chiens à proximité car nous dormions la fenêtre ouverte que nous avons préféré à la climatisation. Certainement que la fenêtre ouverte, on ne doit rien entendre.

Fantastisch

Prachtige locatie, ideaal als uitvalsbasis om Umbrië (en verder) te ontdekken. Daarna heerlijk uitrusten aan het zwembad of ontspannen met een boek op het terras, beiden met een prachtig uitzicht op de olijfbomen. De nieuwe eigenaars zijn zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij, en stellen duidelijk alles in het werk voor een aangenaam verblijf.

Soggiorno perfetto. Richard e Jackie super!!!!!

Assolutamente perfetta. Nella natura e dotata di ogni confort. Il cambio di gestione ha anche migliorato l’atmosfera permettendoci di portare con noi i nostri cani e di conoscere Richard e Jackie, piacevoli, disponibili e discreti! La piscina molto pulita, immersa nel verde. Casale spazioso e curato. Spazi esterni ideali per ogni momento del giorno.

We hadden een fantastische vakantie.

Super mooie omgeving, je had overal een heel mooi uitzicht. Het zwembad was top! De nieuwe eigenaars deden heel erg hun best en stonden open voor tips. Eén topligging om zowel het zuiden van Toscane als Umbrië te ontdekken.

Wir hoffen, wir können wieder kommen!

Der Blick ins Tal ist etwas ganz besonderes, den man von der Terrasse beim Frühstück, im Liegestuhl im Schatten oder am Pool genießen kann. Die Anlage ist übersichtlich, trotz anderer Gäste fühlt man sich fast alleine. Der Pool ist herrlich und die Eigentümer sind jederzeit ansprechbar. Die Klimaanlagen waren perfekt. In unter 30 Minuten ist man sowohl am See & in der Natur als auch in Perugia und kann viel erleben. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur 10 Minuten mit dem Auto weit weg.

Die Küche könnte ein bisschen besser ausgestattet sein.

A acomodação é confortável e estava muito limpa. O local é bem tranquilo, dá para descansar. Tem vários supermercados perto. Dá para ir para outras cidades passear e o Lago Trasimeno é bonito.

Heerlijke plek om te verblijven, met fantastisch uitzicht en hosts

Fantastisch uitzicht, zowel vanuit de tuin als vanaf het zwembad. In de tuin zijn veel fijne plekjes gecreëerd om lekker te zitten. Geweldige eigenaren; heel vriendelijk en attent. We kregen veel tips en Luca was heel behulpzaam in het meedenken van bijvoorbeeld restaurants, parkeergelegenheid bij de steden etc.

Wij zouden voorkeur geven aan een ander matras. De doucheruimte van ons appartement was wat aan de krappe kant; wel een heel fijne douche overigens, dus wij hebben daar niet zoveel last van gehad.

Mooie ruime agri met zwembad

Mooie agri met ruime appartementen. Mooie tuin met voldoende zitjes. Aardige gastheren, goed bereikbaar. Het zwembad ligt heel mooi met fantastisch uitzicht op de bergen en de vallei. Agri ligt tussen olijfgaarden, maar toch ook dicht bij faciliteiten als winkels. Goede uitvalsbasis om de streek te ontdekken. Assisi, Cortona, Perugia, Lago di Trasimeno. We hebben nachtjes bijgeboekt.

Ruhig, komfortabel - einfach nett

Die Hilfsbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit von Luca und Johan waren außergewöhnlich. Der Pool, das ganze Ambiente, der Garten und die Anlage waren sehr gepflegt und schön angelegt. Sehr ruhige Lage. Auch, wenn man auf ein Auto angewiesen ist, liegt Il Mulino günstig, um alle wichtigen Ziele schnell und gut erreichen zu können. Die Wohnung war groß, hatte ein gemütliches Sofa, die Betten waren breit, die Matratzen OK Internet ausreichend schnell.

Die Dusche war ein wenig eng, der Gasherd funktionierte nicht immer auf allen Flammen. Ein paar Küchenutensilien fehlten, wurden auf Nachfrage aber sofort gebracht.

Immerso nel verde, tra oliveti e vigneti, a pochi minuti dal lago Trasimeno. Con la bellissima piscina ideale per coloro che amano la vacanza di natura, in tranquillità. In vicinanza tanti siti da scoprire in Umbria e Toscana. Gentilissimi pardoni, sempre pronti a rispondere alle esigenze degli ospiti.

Außergewöhnlich !

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und die ganze Zeit sehr liebevoll betreut. Luca und Johann sorgen für einen unbeschwerten Aufenthalt. Dazu tragen das super Frühstück mit den selbstgebackenen Kuchen von Luca, der klasse Pool und die vielen Tipps, die die beiden immer bereithaben, bei.

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.
