Such a cozy resort stay!

Such a beautiful resort! It was peaceful, clean and goregous. The family room we booked had a small porch on it that overlooked the pool. Nice having the extra room to spread out in! The pool was refreshing clean and quiet to relax at and enjoy a dip with the kids at the end of the day. Erjon at Reception bent over backwards with local tips and recommendations. The breakfasts they provided were so good and he made us several lattes every morning to get our day going. Funny that my daughter had an owl that she was inseparable with but not so much so that she didn't leave it somewhere in the small town we visited by the resort. Someone from the city put it on a tree branch knowing some little girl may come looking for it. Erjon visited the small town on movie night with his daughter Alice and saw the owl and pointed it out to her dad. Erjon took a picture of it and texted to us before we left as they had seen our daughter Siena with it and wanted to make sure she didn't leave it behind. Saved a lot of tears!

Great pool, very nice restaurant. Good breakfast buffet and friendly professional staff.

The one thing is there could have been more kitchen equipment, would have been difficult to make a meal with the limited items available. Luckily, we ate out during our stay.

This resort is in a lovely, quiet and peaceful location. It worked very well for us and having a restaurant attached to the property was wonderful. Our host Ejon was wonderful friendly and very helpful

Delightful setting

Francesco was more than obliging & helpful. The pool was beautiful & the room had everything we needed with the ability to cook dinner on the nights we decided to stay in. Lovely soaps & shower gels too. A/C was super efficient.

Great place to stay

Nice spacious apartments and great pool area. Located in a quiet area but shops are less than 10 minutes’ drive away. Staff were very helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful place with a great location

Fantastic place! Beautiful pool en garden. Fransesco is a super friendly owner, very helpful and had good tips about where to go to visit umbria. Our appartement was really spacious. We really had a great stay!

If i need to give a small remark, the bed was a bit hard and to short for me and i'm 1.8m but i didn't really mind.

the setting and the pool area. Stefano was great in accommodating all our requests during our stay, he was exceptional.

the cleaning of the room could have been better, our bedroom felt a bit humid because of its location on the ground floor.

I will not come again.

i hated it. too old, needs remodel. pool needs to be tiled, the room I had used to be the maids room in the past with all outdated furniture I can’t stand looking at them. the headboard was awful. there’s no breakfast.

the microwave was old. all the furniture was just to fill the room. tasteless design. the pictures on the wall was awful and the shelf was used to leave the extra picture and vase as a storage. no breakfast in an area where you must drive on a dirt road to get there and there’s nothing to eat nearby.

Room was big and spacious but the provate jacuzzi was not really isolated (neighborhing garden). Pool was fantastic.

Breakfast was served in the room with breakfast boxes plus croissant brought in the morning. No buffet available although a lunch room/area is available. Price a bit too high with respect to what offered.

The pool was fantastic, spotless and never busy. The apartment was spacious modern and had great character, great water pressure in the shower and cleaned to a high standard. All the staff were helpful and friendly, the place was never crowded or rowdy. Close to plenty of good restaurants and towns to explore. Cannot fault our stay, we would definitely return! Thank you :)

Nice, comfortable and spacious apartment, with airconditioning and mosquito net. Wonderful premise with nice garden and perfect swimming pool. Staff is really friendly.

I cannot say enough nice things about Anna Boccali Resort! The staff were all so nice and helpful. The pool was amazing! We just wanted to lay around the pool all days long. Perfect temperature as well. The rooms were large and lovely. The location was not hard to reach by car, they had a lovely spot on the countryside which felt so private and cozy. There was a nice parking space as well.

The swimming pool is beautiful and the location is nice

We had 2 room. One suit which was better designed but had no kitchen (although there is lots of space…) The second room was a flat that really need renovation and was not clean enough. In the very hot summer there was no water dispenser to fill even our own bottles. The stuff was friendly but did not know enough about the area and things to do. Breakfast is served in paper plates and instant plastic bags to the room. I would not call that breakfast.

Superb

Large room with (basic) kitchenette and private outdoor seating area for breakfast, apero, etc. Room was equipped with airco, which was no luxury at nearly 40 degrees temperatures outside. Very nice swimming pool area with Jacuzzi and plenty of sunbeds. Towels were made available on a daily basis. A very nice restaurant was close-by on the premises (not belonging to the same owner) offering excellent food and wines for an affordable price. Friendly staff.

Breakfast was less than expected. The website mentioned a breakfast buffet at the restaurant but some weeks ago this was replaced by a breakfast box per person, offering the same goodies every day. In addition, the staff brought croissants every morning. Though it allowed to have a cosy breakfast in the private outdoor area, There was not enough variation in the offering. The pool area is nice but could welcome more shaded areas ( larger umbrellas or trees), esp. with the temperatures we had. The rooms were cleaned every day, but a checklist could be used to make sure nothing is forgotten (ex. We had to ask some times for cutlery, coffee pads, coffee cups). Wine glasses were missing and when asking for them, we received two plastic wine glasses. These things can be easily fixed to make it a great experience overall, because in general we enjoyed our stay very much !

Staff was super helpful. We had an early morning meeting so the staff prepared breakfast for us and delivered it to our room. It was delicious!

Beautiful hotel, highly recommend!

We got a very large room with a little kitchenette, beautiful building and the swimming pool area is incredible. We arrived early and they allowed us to check in early

It would have helped if we would have known that the AC does not turn on when windows are open (with the sensor). Our host did mention this but we didn’t understand it was linked to a sensor.
