We had a suite and it was so comfortable to sleep, also beautiful too with a great hot tub for the evenings too. The owner is really helpful and the pool is first class. You need a car to see all the pretty towns and visit restaurants especially on a Tuesday when the on site restaurant is closed.

Pool is very nice and well maintained, very good restaurant on site and staff are very responsive and kind.
The outdoor furniture could have been cleaner.

Excellent location for exploring Perugia, Assisi, Lake Trasimeno - also by bicycle. Wonderful breakfast and very friendly staff. The on-site restaurant is one of the best in the region - be sure to reserve on Fri/Sat/Sun.
