About this house rental

A short distance from a water park, birdwatching, and more, this pet-friendly vacation home lets you experience it all. Thanks to the convenient onsite parking, you can either leave your vehicle behind and let your feet make short work of the 9-minute walk to Lake Trasimeno, or easily tackle the quick 3-minute drive to Fishing Museum of Magione.

Relax in the garden (enjoy the outdoor furniture!) or sip a drink on the deck or patio of this 2691-sq-ft vacation home. For a change of scenery, come inside and enjoy the free WiFi and TV.

Our time at Villa del Riccio could not have been better. Our host, Lucio, was fantastic, in touch with me frequently from the time of the reservation through our 9-day stay, offering help with everything from side trip planning to questions about the house to offering extra blankets for a cool night. The house is terrific, with ample indoor and outdoor space—two shaded eating patios, a balcony, and gazebo. It is very well equipped, with every cooking convenience, starter condiments, even a pizza oven. And the views—oh, my. Ample outdoor seating was one of many thoughtful extras. It’s a perfect place for a week in the country; you do have to drive to stores and restaurants, but that was part of the fun. We truly hated to leave.
