Would recommended to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in the heart of Italy.

Very friendly, welcoming and helpful hosts. A good breakfast in the morning, and the option of a lovely homemade dinner available on Friday and Saturday. The apartment was clean, with everything you need, and a really comfy bed. It was great to have the luxury of a pool with a fantastic view of Gubbio.

A more effective shower head would be nice, but this is personal preference and may be used for a reason. Apart from that not a thing!

Warm welcome, delicious homemade food and great swimming pool.

Good location, 15 minute drive to Gubbio. Beautiful views from the lovely swimming pool area. Very friendly staff, especially Mirko who was always on hand to help. We had two excellent meals here, prepared by Diana.

The apparent was a little dark.

Countryside inn with impeccable pool and maintenance

Our 2 BR apartment was great. Simple country inn with good view down the valley towards Gubbio (15 min drive) in a quiet farming community (reminds me of Kansas USA). The pool is beautiful, obviously their pride and joy. It's run by Giuseppe and Mirto, serves multi-course dinner typical of Umbria (big on veggies, low on meat) for 30 Euro including wine. Mirto entertained us with stories in English (he lived in UK). They can deliver coffee to your room. They gave us advice on restaurants, and pills for a sore back. Good walking on country roads, watching tractors and smelling the wheat and grass.

No AC but the apartment stayed cool when closed up. Needed more comfortable chairs. We borrowed a sling chair from the pool. A bit remote for touring Perugio which is in the next valley over a mountain range like the Appalachians. I might rather stay in Spello?

In Abadia Farneto you sense the real italian vacation in the middle of picturesque valleys.

Abadia Farneto is a wonderful place to stay a bit longer. We spent 4 nights there with our family. The property has outstanding swimming pool with panoramic view to the valley. The property has also a restaurant - you definitely have to try their real italian kitchen. And those morning walks around the local forests where you can meet roe deers if you are lucky. Very close is another wonderful restaurant with real italian feeling. Closest city Gubbio is also something you have to visit on your stay - incredibly picturesque scenery from the top of the city witch lays on the side of a mountain.

Breakfast table has very rich and varied cake options and the host Giuseppe makes perfect cappuccino. If you are used with bacon and omlet for the breakfast, then you have to make it by yourself, there was cooker in our toom that we never used.

Sehr schöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt

Wer die Ruhe sucht, ist hier richtig. Die Sitzgelegenheit vor dem Apartment mit dem Ausblick und die Hängematten zwischen den Bäumen haben wir sehr genossen. Anlage wie auch der Pool sind sehr schön. Das Apartment bleibt trotz Hitze recht kühl, es gibt kaum Mücken. Das Abendessen mit mehreren Überraschungsvorspeisen und dem Hauswein macht viel Spaß!

Es gibt leider keine Sonnenschirme zwischen den Liegen am Pool. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet (typisch italienisch) nur süße Sachen, andere Dinge wie Ei oder Schinken werden nicht angeboten, bekommt man jedoch offensichtlich auf Wunsch.

Posto bellissimo, immerso nel verde, a due passi da Gubbio.

Agriturismo molto bello sulle colline, panorama stupendo, silenzio, natura. Posizione ottima, a 15 minuti da Gubbio. Appartamento attrezzato, pulito, caldo, ampia camera con letto comodissimo, bagno grande. Colazione dolce molto buona e abbondante. Possibilità di cenare in loco.

Abbiamo usufruito della cena: ottima qualità, prodotti locali, aumenteremmo un po' le porzioni.

Un'oasi di pace

Qui abbiamo trascorso le giornate più belle delle nostre vacanze. Giuseppe e la sua famiglia hanno reso il nostro soggiorno veramente speciale grazie alla loro ospitalità ed ottima accoglienza degli ospiti. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo le colazioni con torte e pancakes fatti in casa, la piscina con acqua riscaldata, l'angolo amache per leggere e rilassarsi. Un posto immerso nel verde veramente bellissimo!

Materassi eccezionali, Piscina Riscaldata. Vista stupenda e immersi nel silenzio. il clima non richiede aria condizionata. Torte molto buone a colazione, antipasti e primi semplici ma molto buoni.

Macchina da caffè datata che suggeriamo di sostituire con una piccolina moderna. La cucina dell’appartamento potrebbe essere più accessoriata.

Repos et Farniente...

La demeure est magnifique et la vue sur la vallée est à couper le souffle. Le lieu est paisible et appelle au repos. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux et faits maison. Giuseppe et Mirko sont sympathiques et vous mettent à l'aise dès votre arrivée.

Un guide avec les informations et visites à effectuer aux alentours serait un plus. Des parasols autour de la piscine également. Manque quelques équipements dans la cuisine.

Relax e bellezza.

splendida struttura immersa nel verde . Molto piu bella dal vero rispetto a ciò che si vede dalle foto. La camera in realtà era un piccolo appartamento, molto pulito e confortevole. Struttura immersa nel verde e nel silenzio per ottime dormite mattutine, ma c'è pure una splendida piscina riscaldata per fare il bagno in tutte le stagioni e per chi non vuol dormire. La colazione è stata ottima con alimenti preparati artigianalmente. La cena è stata ottima con alimenti Km 0, fatti in casa, preparati dalle sapienti mani del proprietario Giuseppe, persona cordiale, gentile e sempre disponibile. Sicuramente sarà una mia prossima meta.

Abbiamo passato un soggiorno davvero fantastico in questo B&B! Tutto era perfetto: dalla calorosa accoglienza dei proprietari – complimenti per la cena, davvero buonissima e curata in ogni dettaglio – alla splendida piscina dove ci siamo rilassati in totale tranquillità. La vista è mozzafiato e la calma del posto ha reso il nostro tempo qui ancora più speciale. È stato un vero piacere godersi qualche momento di relax sull’amaca, immersi nella natura. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Mirko, che non è stato solo un host amichevole e sempre disponibile, ma anche un grande amico. Ci ha suggerito i posti migliori da visitare, ci ha aiutato in ogni momento con tanta gentilezza e ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più unico e speciale. Consiglio questo B&B a chi cerca un posto tranquillo, elegante e con un’ospitalità davvero autentica!

Weekend di relax in famiglia

L'agriturismo è incantevole e curato. La struttura è immersa nel verde e nel silenzio della natura. Il panorama visibile dallo spazio esterno delle camere è molto suggestivo. La piscina riscaldata permette di godere dei momenti di relax al sole. Il riposo notturno è garantito da comodissimi materassi con topper. I prodotti per il bagno (sapone, shampoo e bagnoschiuma) erano buonissimi.

Ero già stato qui molti anni fa e mi piaceva già tutto. La privacy, la pace, il paesaggio, la struttura, la colazione e soprattutto lo staff sempre disponibile. Giuseppe sa consigliare bene cosa visitare. Sicuramente un posto dove si sta bene anche più di quello che ricordavo.

Fin dal nostro arrivo, siamo stati accolti con grande disponibilità e gentilezza dal proprietario, che ci hanno subito fatto sentire a casa. La pulizia dell'intera struttura è impeccabile, il che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Ogni angolo dell'agriturismo trasmette cura e attenzione ai dettagli. La posizione è davvero ottimale: immersa nel verde e lontana dal caos cittadino, è il luogo ideale per chi cerca tranquillità e relax. Potersi svegliare al canto degli uccelli e passeggiare tra la natura circostante è stato un vero e proprio regalo per il nostro spirito.
