We had a perfect stay - comfortable, incredible views, wonderful pool area and great location.

We had a wonderful experience and loved the outdoor balcony space. It was a perfect place to stay to easily visit the surrounding towns. The pool area was lovely and had great views.

The breakfast was underwhelming but as we had a kitchenette and don't typically eat very much for breakfast on most days, it didn't detract from our overall experience.

Lovely break away for families.

Great option for larger families - we were able to get 3 rooms next to each other, all on the one side of the villa. Cots provided for the babies. Great swimming pool with an amazing view.

No air con, but the fans in the rooms were good enough.

Relaxing peaceful stay with fabulous views, highly recommend

Silvana looked after us very well and really made our stay very special. Fabulous views, great location (between Perugia & Assisi), spacious room, lovely pool and lounging area. Rooms are spotlessly clean, useful to have a kitchen with fridge, indoor and outdoor eating areas & garden.

The restaurant was closed, however Silvana made a reservation for us at an amazing restaurant only 10 minutes drive away and there is plenty of choice nearby.

relaxing!

We spent a great and relaxing holiday with the family. Best view ever on the valley from every side of the Agriturismo. Also the swimming pool is very quiet and clean. Food is also excellent, great chef. Supermarket at only 5' drive.

just a detail, but a cushion would be nice on the long chairs at the pool.

Beatiful Umbria, green and lush grass

The ambiance of this agriturismo warm, and dry when we had some rainy days close enough to visit Assisi

you do need a car to any place undress you don’t mind to walk 3-4 up and down a hill

A lovely property up in the hills with a fabulous view and food.

The room was lovely, and the beds were very firm. The apartment was sufficiently appointed for a longer stay than our two days, and was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The food was EXCELLENT. It was so good we ate there every night we stayed - four course meals excellently prepared, and a different menu every night. The breakfast was the standard meats, cheeses and fruits you would find at most comparable properties, so no surprises there - but the dinner was SO GOOD.

The apartment we reserved on the ground floor was situated in such a way that there was no breeze, even with all windows opened. Luckily, our awesome hosts brought fans to keep the kids cooled off at night and help them sleep. We knew prior to going that there was no air conditioning at the property, so this was not a surprise, and does not reflect poorly upon the property or our hosts at all. We would definitely stay here again during the Spring and Fall.

Ideal für ruhige Tage in Umbrien

+ herrlich auf dem Berg gelegene und gepflegte Anlage mit Blick über die Umgebung zwischen Assisi und Peruggia + gut ausgestattete FeWo mit 2 Schlafzimmern + großer Pool + wir haben auch mal das Frühstücksangebot gebucht --> alles Super! Ansonsten waren wir Selbstversorger (guter Supermarkt im nächsten Ort).

- Dusche sehr klein - ein paar Tassen und Gläser mehr im Schrank würden nicht schaden.

Auf den Bergen wohnt die Freiheit!

Außergewöhnlich schöne Lage des Agriturismo auf einem Hügel mit freier, weiter Sicht in die Täler. Äußerst gepflegte Gartenanlage und großer Pool mit Aussicht.

Essenslokale sind relativ weit entfernt und ohne Auto nicht zu erreichen.

Un posto incantevole! Panorami mozzafiato. Gli spazi curatissimi che ci hanno regalato tanto relax e riservatezza quanto la posizione eccezionale per raggiungere velocemente tutte le destinazioni importanti in zona. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili. Speriamo di ritornarci.

Een te mijden accommodatie die geenszins meer voldoet aan de basic eisen voor een aangenaam verblijf

Positief: ligging, gebouw an sich, eerste indruk, zwembad, omgeving, vriendelijke dame (Silvana) bij ontbijt.

#geen beleving, onthaal 's morgens even open, eigenaars nadrukkelijk afwezig en alleen bereikbaar via whatsapp, bar zwembad nooit open, geen drankaanbod, volledig op jezelf aangewezen. #absoluut basis comfort en interieur, totaal geen isolatie tussen appartementen (gesprekken goed hoorbaar en te volgen, je hoorde ook alles wat op toilet of in bed gebeurde :), ijzeren bed met harde matras kille zitplaats, onhandige keuken waarin sommige dingen het niet deden, badkamer met een veel te kleine en wankele plastic douchecabine, totaal gebrek aan privacy, lekkende frigo, toiletvergaarbak die bleef lopen enzovoort? #ontbijt kost 8 euro, zeer democratisch prijs , maar aanbod en variatie is ook navenant. Kwaliteit is wel dik oké. Ergerlijk is dat je in deze mooie streek niet de kans krijgt om buiten te ontbijten maar enkel in een donkere ruimte onderin. # van eigenaars die volgens sommige commentaren soms in overleg iets koken en je diets maken in de streek, hebben we niks gemerkt. NB wij hebben te accommodatie waar we acht dagen zouden verblijven na vier dagen verlaten om elders te verblijven (ook via booking.com) en ook aan de eigenaars vertelt waarom. Dit was een zeer goede beslissing. De eigenaars deden wel nog een geste door ons een liter olijfolie mee te geven en ons de kans te bieden om die vier dagen later op te nemen, waar we natuurlijk voor zullen passen.

Prima uitvalsbasis voor bezoek aan Asissi en Perugia.

Mooi ruim apartement, goed ontbijt en heel hartelijke ontvangst door Sylvana. fijn zwembad.

De keuken inrichting was wat beperkt, geen vaatdoekje, afwasmiddel en dergelijke. Maar heeft ons verblijf niet beïnvloed.

Goed, maar tegelijkertijd tegenvallend omdat we er niet meer konden eten, alleen ontbijt bij appartement.

Mooie omgeving, met zwembad

Vooraf werd aangegeven dat we ook konden eten ''s avonds. Dat lazen we ook in de verslagen. Bij aankomst bleek dat dit, zonder uitleg, niet meer kon. Het was wel een argument om wel te boeken, dus een teleurstelling.
