La posizione pur trovandosi al centro di una zona industriale è ottima per spostarsi tra le varie mete dell'Umbria. Struttura graziosa e ben curata.
Divano letto: materasso da sostituire Cucina: sarebbe meglio avere due fuochi ad induzione.

B&b molto carino, ristrutturato da poco, tenuto molto bene e pulito. Siamo stati in un miniappartamento con soggiorno e angolo cucina. Giardino privato con parcheggi auto riparati da una tettoia. Fabiana è stata molto disponibile nel fornici indicazioni e ci ha indicato tanti luoghi da visitare. Posto molto tranquillo per rilassarsi. A un quarto d'ora da Assisi e vicino a tanti bellissimi borghi.
A fianco della struttura ci sono alcune aziende (non danno fastidio, sono solo antiestetiche) e c'è l'areoporto quindi si sente qualche aereo ma sono comunque pochi essendo un aeroporto piccolo.
