Villa Serena

Appartement au sous-sol de la maison, très spacieux, très bien équipé (notamment salle de sport, babyfoot, billard: vraiment très sympa pour jouer en famille ou avec des amis). Le jardin dont on peut profiter est vaste, agréable avec une très grande piscine, de nombreux transats, une très grande table pour dîner dehors, réfrigérateur extérieur, barbecue, des jeux pour les enfants... bref tout ce qu'il faut pour se détendre et en profiter pleinement après une journée de visite. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueilli par les les hôtes très agréables et disponibles et avons passé un excellent séjour.

L'appartement est au sous-sol et donc pas très lumineux mais au moins c'est relativement frais en cas de très forte chaleur (comme ce fut le cas lors de note séjour). Et finalement nous y avons passé peu de temps, profitons essentiellement de l'extérieur.

Struttura perfetta per i gruppi: la posizione vicino ad Assisi è ottima e ci sono TUTTE le comodità e i divertimenti per un gruppo di amici: vasca idromassaggio, palestra, campo da calcio, piscina, biliardo e biliardino, sauna. I proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili. Consiglio vivamente!

Everithing 😍

The communication was very good. At the arrival we received some welcome sparkling wine and snacks. The owners helped to organize our 25 year wedding anniversary and even presented a bottle of wine and framed picture from the ceremony. A wonderful view to Assisi from the pool area. The pool, the pool area, barbeque facilities, game room, football pitch were good and as advertised. Owners also provided an additional materace upon request.

First of all, the name "Villa Serena" is misleading, because only the basement of the villa is for rent. The outside pictures are also misleading as they show the whole villa, but two above the ground floors are occupied by the owners and their family. There are no sofas in the bedrooms and advertised two living rooms are essentially the same space, only separated by curtain. Sofas in the living "rooms" are uncomfortable not suitable for taller people to sleep. After we tried to used advertised bicycles, we realized that they are unusable and with flat tires.
