Amazing Friendly Hosts

Thanks to Fabio and Maya - they're running facility with love and it shows. They're like superheros of the Site. They made sure everything was okay during our stay. Facility was really nice and cosy especially around the pool. You can experience lovely breakfast, dinner and nature, quiet location, birds etc. Make sure you taste local produced wine in the restaurant.

So much nature, therefore pool was a bit dirty(I mean, soil and leaves) I could prefer table-sheet while dinner :) but food was delicious!!!

Nice place to visit and stay in Umbria

Extremely nice and picturesque surroundings, with nice old buildings and a swimming pool in the garden. Nice and comfortable rooms. Very friendly staff, and a restaurant with delicious food. And I would like to thank our hosts for their hospitality and service to feel ourselves as friends, not only like customers. So easy to reach by car and easy starting point for visiting Assisi, Perugia, Spello and Spoleto

It's like a Fairytale

Amazing place! If you are coming to relax and just murge with nature. Or just love walking around in nature this is the place. There is nothing more satisfying than drinking your coffee looking at all this. The pool was a bit too cold but that's because we visited in May. I bet during June-July-August it's way better. The location might be a bit hard to reach but we had a Fiat Panda that did the job perfectly. Sleeping with the birds chirping in the morning with no cars passing felt amazing for someone like me that lives in the city. Definitely a place I would come back to rewind and this time for longer. Assisi is btw 12min away by car.

Peaceful retreat

The whole experience was amazing, but the most remarkable point was the host and her attention and kindness. She is so warm, so helpful and nice. She offered everything we needed. The food was extremely delicious, the location and the pool... we just had such a peaceful retreat!

Make sure you have a car or motorbike to be able to move.

A lovely break

Maya, our host was lovey and she provided a great breakfast. Our room was large and comfortable and the bathroom was modern. The location was very peaceful and the scenery was beautiful.

The towels in the bathroom were quite thin and I prefer fluffy ones but they were fine to use. The property is quite remote so be prepared to call for taxis or come with a car.

Amazing cozy place

Nice cozy place. The staff is super nice and we fell in love with the cats.

Maybe a sign for cars to be careful with the cats would avoid some potential accidents, my only suggestion.

Very convenient for a wedding we attended and good value for the area.

Everyone was very friendly, lots of kittens around. Very nice location and breakfast had enough selection (not great but adequate). Rooms very cute and definitely clean.

You could not walk anywhere though the property itself is very nice. We did not stay for dinner so cannot comment.

Excellent service, host is very kind and truly welcoming.

Paradiso 41 completes the offer with a huge pool perfectly integrated with the surrounding environment. The place is in an isolated and very quiet location, on the top of a hill, a very silent, cosy and intimate place. Maya always takes care personally of the dinner, which is tailor-made to customers needs, and always on point with local culture and tradition.

Peace, relax & good food

The Agriturismo was beautifully located on top of a hill, although a little difficult to reach without a 4x4 car, the staff were very friendly and the food was typical of the region around Assisi and very good.

The isolation of the property which, on the one hand is advantageous for those who want a break from the city life, but problematic if one wants to go for a quick food shopping.

Breve fuga rigenerante!!!!!

Abbiamo soggiornato all’Agriturismo Paradiso 41 anche solo per una notte, ma è bastato per innamorarci della pace e della serenità che si respirano in questo luogo meraviglioso. Immerso nella natura, lontano dal caos, è il posto ideale per staccare davvero la spina e rigenerarsi. La cena preparata da un giovane cuoco è stata un’esperienza autentica, prodotti genuini, sapori veri, piatti preparati con ingredienti coltivati direttamente dalla loro terra dalla titolare Maya e dai figli Juri e Leone. Accoglienza calorosa, atmosfera familiare e un senso di tranquillità che difficilmente si trova altrove. Un posto dove ci si sente subito a casa. Da ritornare sicuramente.....Un saluto a tutto lo Staff da Vito e Maria.

E che Paradiso!

La pace della struttura, completamente immersa nella natura tra caprioli, gatti e querce millenarie. La disponibilità e gentilezza di Fabio e Maya. La colazione eccellente con torte fatte in casa (i biscottini di Fabio meritano una menzione speciale). Le cene caserecce, sinonimo di bontà genuina (prodotti dell’orto, grano lavorato e fatto diventare pasta, dolci preparati con maestria) L’odore della legna e il caldo delle stanze che ti accoglie dopo il freddo pungente di una giornata di inizio ottobre, non dormivo così da tanto.

Siamo stati benissimo!

Struttura splendida, immersa in una natura incontaminata che ti permette di staccare da tutto ciò che è la routine quotidiana. Ci siamo goduti la piscina, molto spesso da soli e questo è stato veramente superlativo. Il valore aggiunto e la differenza, però, la fanno le persone: Maya e Fabio sono due host formidabili, seguono con attenzione, professionalità e con concreto interesse quello che accade ai loro ospiti. Torneremo sicuramente, questa volta in 3 (dato che siamo andati la prima volta mentre ero all'8° mese di gravidanza).

La posizione è immersa nel verde delle colline, clima temperato mai caldo stanze senza aria condizionata, ma vi assicuro che non si sente la necessità

Solo l’accesso alla struttura prevede un tratto di strada sterrata io ero con la moto e con la pioggia bisogna fare un po’ più di attenzione

Relax e serenità nel fresco dell'Umbria

Le cose positive sono state: - rapport con host anche prima dell'arrivo; - accoglienza da parte di Maya che è stata fin da subito gentilissima per tutta la durata del soggiorno; - comoda e ampia stanza, con bagno privato, armadio e scrivania; - cuoco in loco, pietanze pranzo e cena cucinate espressamente; - colazione preparata da loro; - amplissimo giardino con sdraio, piscina e altre dotazioni acquatiche.

Een verstopte parel die we iedereen aan zouden raden.

Allereerst, de lieve Maya & Fabio die super vriendelijk waren tegen iedereen en hard werkten. Ze dachten enorm mee en boden zelfs een lunch aan 2x (terwijl ze dat normaal niet doen). Wat een prachtige plek, echt een verstopt pareltje, met een ontzettend mooie en grote tuin en een geweldig zwembad. Een oase van rust met een heerlijk ontbijt en diner met lokale producten. Wat hebben we hier genoten, we vonden het heel jammer om weg te gaan maar komen zeker terug!! 🩵

Er is geen airco aanwezig, behalve een ventilator aan het plafond. In de zomer periode is het best heet op de kamer, dus ik zou aanraden om zelf een ventilator mee te nemen als het kan. Ook is de weg ernaartoe een beetje een bumpy road maar prima te doen!

Il posto è fantastico e ricco di pace e tranquillità. Maya e Fabio sono super disponibili, gentili e simpaticissimi. Abbiamo cenato in agriturismo tutte le sere. Menù sempre diverso ed abbiamo mangiato benissimo (Fabio è un ottimo chef).

Un posto fantastico per rilassarsi in mezzo alla natura tra le colline umbre

Il luogo è bellissimo, immerso nel verde, Maya e Fabio si sono dimostrati sempre disponibili e attenti ad ogni esigenza per garantirci un soggiorno perfetto. La struttura è molto pulita e curata, incastonata perfettamente nel paesaggio, ne conserva tutta l'autenticità. E' il luogo perfetto se si cerca tranquillità, aria pulita e la possibilità di rilassarsi lungo un'incantevole piscina naturale di fresca acqua di sorgente. La posizione dell’agriturismo è perfetta: isolata per garantire pace e silenzio, ma comunque vicinissima ad Assisi (raggiungibile anche a piedi tramite il Bosco di San Francesco) e strategica per visitare altri borghi e città. Consigliamo di cenare all'agriturismo poiché viene proposto un menù con verdure dell'orto e pasta fatta in casa . Abbiamo apprezzato la varietà dei piatti proposti ogni sera, che ci ha permesso di scoprire delle specialità del posto. Menzione speciale per la focaccia di accompagnamento ai pasti, che buonissima è dire poco! La colazione eccezionale per tutti i gusti, sia dolce che salata. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, grazie di cuore Maya e Fabio per aver reso il nostro soggiorno così unico! Torneremo sicuramente! Un caro saluto da Giulio e Carlotta

Accoglienza autentica tra le colline umbre

Siamo stati benissimo a Paradiso 41! Maya e Fabio sono stati fin da subito molto disponibili e accoglienti, facendoci sentire come a casa. La struttura si trova in una splendida posizione in cima a una collina, immersa nella tranquillità della natura. Colazione eccezionale, così come la cena (su richiesta): tutto preparato con prodotti genuini provenienti direttamente dalle loro produzioni. Un perfetto mix tra relax, autenticità e sapori del territorio. Consigliatissimo!

E’ vero che è a 15 minuti di auto da Assisi, ma la strada è impervia, dissestata, e necessita di auto adeguata. non consigliabile arrivare di notte

Un luogo di condivisione e relax.

Posto tranquillissimo, immerso nel verde ma a pochissimi minuti da Assisi, con una bella piscina e meravigliosi cespugli di ginestre. Maya e Fabio sono davvero accoglienti e profondamente rispettosi della natura e dell'ambiente. Molto buona la colazione, i cui prodotti sono rigorosamente tutti fatti in casa.
