La Casa Colonica is a beautiful property with a wonderful owner. Good location for wine

great location with access to Perugia, Assisi, Cortona with a rental car. Property was very peaceful and Stefania was very welcoming.

beds were pretty hard and in need of update. no basic amenities were included in kitchen like coffee, salt or dish soap

La Casa Colonica is located in a beautiful, quiet and peaceful rural area. Perfect for a week vacation. The Pool is clean and big enough to provide enough space for all guest. Apartements are spacious, clean and have a very warm, original and traditional Italian style. Stefania - the owner and host of Casa Colonica - is a very nice, helpful and happy lady. Wine and olive oil - produced by Mezzetti - are excellent! It would have been a big mistake to miss the opportunity to taste.

There was a little technical issue in the apartment due to some lack of maintenance. The tap in the kitchen was leaking and the owen did not work. All of that issues did not disturb our vacation at all.

Perfect location and accommodation for a super relaxing self-catered holiday.

Perfect place for our family for 7 nights (us and 2 sons 20 /23)...great location to explore locally and further, spacious property, peaceful, relaxing, comfortable well-equipped apartment, with fabulous pool - large and very clean. The property was quiet the week we were there with only a few guests so we had great privacy. We like self-catering and being left to do our own thing which we could do here- but Stefania the host was very welcoming and helpful with everything we asked for-she speaks great English too which was helpful for us. Close to all amenities- supermarket, restaurants etc in the local village & town. Thank you!

Ho trascorso un soggiorno davvero meraviglioso in questo agriturismo e non posso che parlarne con entusiasmo! Il posto è semplicemente incantevole, immerso nella natura e perfetto per chi cerca relax e tranquillità. La casa "Violetta" è impeccabile: pulitissima, accogliente e dotata di tutto il necessario per una vacanza perfetta. La piscina è molto funzionale, ideale per rinfrescarsi e godersi il sole in totale relax. Il silenzio che si respira è davvero ideale per riposare e rigenerarsi lontano dal caos. Un grande grazie alla proprietaria, Sig.ra Stefania, sempre disponibile e gentile, che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più speciale. Consiglio vivamente questo agriturismo a chi desidera una vacanza all'insegna della natura, del comfort e della buona compagnia!

Per rendere l'agriturismo ancora più speciale, sarebbe fantastico introdurre un servizio di ristorante 2-3 volte a settimana, proponendo autentici piatti umbri preparati con ingredienti locali e di qualità.

Leuke accommodatie met geweldig zwembad!

Zwembad was geweldig met het kleine badje voor mijn 4 jarige dochter! Eigenaresse is heel vriendelijk en hielp ons veel! Nog gegeten in het restaurantje bij de accommodatie, was echt heel gezellig en lekker eten!

Bij aankomst was het appartement niet heel schoon, veel hondenharen. Werden ook niet ingecheckt door een hele blije meneer die niet precies wist hoe het moest.

Ervaring hangt af van waar je zit. Zwembad is fantastisch, maar bovenappartementen zijn af te raden.

Zwembad, prachtig gelegen in grote tuin en ruim.

Appartement viel heel erg tegen. Moesten twee trappen op om bij appartement te komen en hadden geen gelijkvloers buitenterras. Moesten grote trap af naar beneden om buiten te kunnen zitten op een zeer klein terras die je moet delen met een ander appartement. Er was maar net genoeg ruimte om daar twee tafels met stoelen en droogrekken te plaatsen. Prijs-kwaliteit verhouding viel daardoor heel erg tegen.

Eine toller Ort um sich einfach zu entspannen.

Rustikaler toller Wohnstil in alten Backsteinhäusern. Auf dem Gelände gab es noch eine Outdoorküche und eine Grillstelle. Der Pool war für unsere Kinder das Highlight!
