Great location, spacious apartments, but very firm beds. The grounds are lovely.

The location was great. We loved that it was out of town and an easy drive to everywhere we wanted to go in the towns around the area. There is a cat that came around when we were sitting outside which my group enjoyed. Every night around the same time, a fox came into the courtyard which was quite a treat. It was not threatening where we felt unsafe or that we needed to go in. The one night that it was getting close to the table, the CAT chased it away and then came trotting back to the table for more attention. The grounds were beautiful as well.

Our biggest complaint was group wide, the beds were hard. I would have expected the kitchen to have some basic things in it for cooking beyond the cookware. The only thing in the room was salt. This was a little disappointing. I bought olive oil and a head of garlic in the reception office, and we obviously went shopping, but a few staple items to stay in the kitchens would have been nice. We had a group of 6 and rented 2 rooms. Both ran out of toilet paper.

Perfect place to escape

It was beautiful! I want to say thank you to Samira, she was amazing really kind and helpful, and made our stay special. It was easy to communicate and chat. We felt ourselves at home. Beautiful place and amazing people. Since we travel without car it was a bit difficult to go somewhere from there but we love to walk 😅

Great place to stay in south of Tuscany!

I loved the pool. It was long enough to swim laps in which is great. Also loved the kitchen to cook for myself.

There are some big flying bugs that come into the bathroom and are mostly just annoying. I thought the place was clean though. Also they did not have any breakfast option.

Perfect short autumn break.

Breakfast was excellent, recommended. Rooms were lovely, big, comfortable. Setting is excellent and very well maintained. Staff very welcoming and friendly. We found the location perfect for day trips to Perugia, Siena, Florence and Assisi.

Quiet serene stay

The location is quiet and peaceful. The apartment was spacious. Plenty of parking. Samira, the host who greeted us and prepared our breakfast daily, was welcoming, friendly and able to answer all our questions. Kudos to her! Her English was excellent and nice to converse with.

The bed! Rock hard and pillows were too firm. Difficult to sleep soundly having to turn all night long.

Frandy staff, big and clead rooms, lopcation close to the main road and lake. Reccomandation for a restaurant with tasty food and shop in close distance.

Sadly a disappointing stay.

The setting of the accommodation was beautiful. The location was very good. The swimming pool and gardens are lovely.

The crockery was old and chipped and there were only three cups between 4 of us which meant we could not all drink together. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable and there are no notices reminding guests to respect other people who are trying to sleep at 3 am in the morning. The appartments are very noisy as there is outside seating for some out the front under the bedroom windows. There was no one available on site. The toilet seat was broken.

המתחם מתוחזק ברמה גבוהה, נעים, נקי. הבקתה עצמה יפה, נוחה, נעימה ומאובזרת. נראה שחשבו על הכל ןעיצבו בטוב טעם. מיקום טוב באומבריה. סופרים רבים מסביב.

אין מספיק מים חמים במקלחת, בטח לא מספיק למשפחה. מקלחת צפופה. מקרר נפתח לבד, צריך לתקן את הדלת. לא קירר לנו את המזון. התבאסנו מעט שאין מיבש לייבוש הבגדים.

Cadre magnifique dans les champs d’Oliviers. Équipe très accueillante. Très belle piscine. Climatisation bien appréciable dans les chambres

La sonorisation de l’appartement n’est pas idéal. Nous vivions au rythme des familles avec jeunes enfants, qui ne manquaient pas de crier/hurler/pleurer. Nous avons été très surpris de voir qu’encore en 2025, les clients réservent les transats autour de la piscine alors que dans ce cas précis, il y a largement plus de transat que d’occupants. On aurait aimé avoir une climatisation dans le salon

Cisza i spokój - największe zalety tego miejsca. Przepiękny apartament - w 100% zgodny z ofertą i zdjęciami, bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Świetny basen z leżakami, urocza strefa wspólna i przepyszne śniadania. Czuliśmy się bardzo zaopiekowani, niczego nam nie brakowało. Każda osoba z obsługi, którą mieliśmy okazję poznać podczas naszego krótkiego, dwudniowego pobytu była przemiła.

Nie znalazłam wad w samym obiekcie. Jedynym minusem lokalizacji była trudność w znalezieniu restauracji w okolicy. Dwa małe miasteczka najbliżej obiektu niestety nie oferowały wiele, a byliśmy w sezonie. Na szczęście mieliśmy auto i objechaliśmy trochę jezioro, dopiero w miasteczku dalej znaleźliśmy coś dla siebie. Nie jest to jednak wina obiektu - obsługa maksymalnie ułatwia pobyt również poza hotelem, przesyła listy swoich rekomendacji. Jezioro również nie jest zbyt urodziwe od strony obiektu, dopiero po drugiej stronie brzegu jakby trochę zyskuje, ale napewno nie zachęca swoją czystością do kąpieli.

Wir haben die Unterkunft spontan für zwei Nächte auf der Durchreise nach Lucca gebucht. Ein wunderschönes Anwesen mit wunderschönem, weitläufigem Garten. Alles ist liebevoll und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr gepflegt und sauber und das Personal super nett! Im Hauptgebäude gibt es sogar die Möglichkeit eine Sauna für €20 p.P./h zu buchen, was wir täglich in Anspruch genommen haben. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!
