About this house rental
Soave, restructuring of an ancient colombara of 1800, with picturesque views of the castle, located 200 meters from the town center, in a quiet and green neighborhood. From Soave you can reach the cities of Verona, Vicenza, Padua, Venice, Mantua and Lake Garda in no time. Ideal also for work and to reach the Verona and Vicenza fairs.

The house consists of 3 independent apartments that can be used together:
* "Maffei" accommodation on the ground floor consists of a spacious kitchen with dishwasher and oven, bathroom with shower, bidet and sink and large double bedroom;
* "Arena" accommodation on the first floor consists of a double bedroom (about 14 sqm) with the possible addition of a single bed, a windowed bathroom with shower, bathtub, bidet and sink and a second bedroom with a double sofa bed and an outdoor balcony with a striking view of the castle;
* "Romeo and Juliet" accommodation on the second floor is on 2 levels and consists of: living room of about 12 square meters with induction cooking corner (special pans provided), large windowed bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, bidet, sink , 1 room of about 14 square meters with two single beds and a new sofa bed a square and a last, a second double bedroom of about 14 square meters, in the attic, climbing a staircase that starts from the living room / kitchen.
Recommended for groups of 8/12 people including 8 adults and the remaining boys or children. We can provide loungers, highchairs and baby equipment, hairdryers, ironing facilities. Linen change and weekly cleaning.
The reception will always be guaranteed by a member of the family. Food and drinks will be provided in the fridge for at least the first day.
The area where the hotel is located is quiet and close to the city park. In front of the structure flows the River Tramigna bathing the city of Soave and you can admire the perfectly preserved medieval walls. The area is immersed in the landscape of green hills cultivated on vineyards.
The Soave motorway tollbooth is 5 minutes away, San Bonifacio train station is 10 minutes away, Verona bus stop and San Bonifacio are a 5-minute walk away. From Soave you can reach by car or train in 20 minutes, both Verona and Vicenza. Lake Garda, the cities of Mantua and Padua can be reached in 40 minutes, Venice in one hour, Milan (Expo 2015) in one and a half hours. The Verona and Vicenza fairs can be reached in a very short time. It is possible to walk to the castle, the churches, the cellars and the vineyards of the area, famous for the production of fine wines.
In addition to private parking, our guests can use a garden with stone table and benches.

The property is unusual, but perfect for our family of 8. Each floor is like a little separate apartment, with a common kitchen and dining area on the ground floor. Everyone has their privacy, but it’s also great because the common space is good for everyone. Best of all is the location. A short walk into the charming, beautiful town of Soave. And the view of the castle is spectacular. All in all we had a wonderful time.

The property is as described on VRBO and is in a great location. It is very clean and well maintained. The owner is very gracious and very good at communicating. There are so many things that are walkable and it has picture perfect scenery. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Soave. The village was wonderful and the views of the castle were spectacular. The house accommodated our needs with nine travelers.
