About this house rental

You are renting an entire 2200 sqft house.
Ground floor: nice openspace rest stop with fully equipped kitchen, living room, courtyard, one bedroom and a bath with sink, WC and bidet (no shower)
First floor there are 3 double ensuite rooms and 1 double rooms. Free Wi-Fi+TV netflix & amazon video.
Guests will have an enter code to get in the property.
Well located house for business trip and to visit Verona, Venezia, Vicenza, Padova, Bologna and Milan. Free parking on the street in front of the house.

The property was as described. Elena made check in easy, was very responsive in addressing housing issues and was courteous. Kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, glasses and silverware. Buses came by the house, but were infrequent. We had to use a bus that dropped us off a few blocks away. The sitting area outside was comfortable although some seating needed attention and or replacing. Another issue was the Wi-Fi. It would be helpful to have a faster or stronger Wi-Fi.

A great location if you have a vehicle. The house exceeded our expectations. Beds are comfortable, kitchen provided everything we needed. The house was very clean. Back patio is very nice. The owner is very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much!

It was a 2 level modern house which met all the basic needs. Verona was a beautiful city, worth a visit for sure!

Very clean, and well kept, well stocked kitchen, good location. Elena is a wonderful host and had great recommendations for restaurants, wine, cheese, etc. We would stay there again
