Highly recommended for a short break in the centre of Verona

Fabulous location - house was so pretty & spotless. Such additional extras and attention to detail. We were 2 families (9 in total) and the space was perfect. Would recommend to anyone else coming to Verona. Exceptional

Best apartment in Verona

Vittoria is a hostess gem. Made herself available for our early arrival and provided helpful info on Verona restaurants and non-tourist sights. Apartment is spacious, comfortable, quiet, and conveniently located to Verona attractions. The small elevator was a bonus in getting luggage to 2nd floor lodging. Highly recommended.

Casa Fracasso is fabulous!

Everything! The location, the charm, the comfort, the cleanliness, the host, everything! We stayed a month and loved it! There is a great little produce market right downstairs, and a wonderful cafe, Flego, full grocery store and terrific restaurants steps away. Piazza Bra is close but far enough away to ensure quiet at the apartment. The kitchen is well equipped and the washing machine and iron easy to use. Our weekly cleaning service was great. Vittorio was a lovely, responsive host. We highly recommend Casa Fracasso!

This was not a big deal for us but the main living area can only be accessed through a bedroom, which can be awkward if you have guests.

Excellent feels like home stay where you know that someone cares about you and your comfortable stay

The Location is the best you can imagine for Verona. Right in the heart of the city. Everything is close - sights of interests, restaurants, food stores, shopping street. The apartment is one of the best we stayed at. Real feels like home atmosphere, very warm and comfortable. It has a history and looks like a museum or a library. So the evening will never be boring with this selection of books on shelves. We were 11 - 5 adults and 6 kids. Easily managed to fit ourselves into this wonderful apartment. The kitchen is equipped with everything you can imagine. Coffee for breakfast, pasta for dinner. Bathrooms very clean. Everything was so clean. It was getting colder outside, but inside the apartment you fee so warm and comfortable. Would certainly love to come back to this city and select Casa Fracasso for another visit. Millions of thanks for the host for accommodating us!

Perfect location for all the sites in Verona. Beautifully decorated apartment with a real attention to detail with all the things you need for a group to relax after sightseeing. Host Vittoria was very helpful and although we didn’t meet, she kept in contact for our whole stay and answered any questions. An immaculately clean and very comfortable place to stay. We asked to have twin beds for our group of 5 so plenty of space in somewhere that can sleep 10. Loved having the sitting room to relax. Didn’t eat in but everything there if you wanted to for longer stay.

Absolutely pleasant stay, so convenient, charming, exceptionally clean, a best choice for big family

Vettoria was so friendly and welcoming, she waited for us even though we reached the property late in the evening due to our train arrival, she took us through a full orientation in the property even though she had everything written there, well prepared & arranged. The property was so comfort, convenient, all rooms were air-conditioned (split units), beds were comfies, bathrooms were pickly clean, amenities were unique, kitchen stuff & seating area were extremely nice, the location of the property is right in middle of everything you need to see in that charming city of "Verona", the property is well secured, there is a cafe' in the same building, it is beautiful, romantic and traditionally italian, they make the best sandwiches, bakeries and coffees we ever had, thanks to Cinzia & Paolo who were so professional & friendly serving us every morning with the best romantic ambiance and breakfast making the rest of our day 👍👍. Vettoria kept the contact with us most of the time for continual support as needed, she even offered help arranging our taxis at checkout. She simply deserves and her property a score of 11 out of 10 for the amazing experience.

A fantastic experience

The apartment is extraordinary beautiful with two bathrooms and spacious to room 8 persons. The location is just a few steps away from Piazza Bra on a quiet street. Vittoria was extremely kind and helpful. We really loved our three days in Verona and casa Fracasso

Jederzeit wieder!

Jederzeit wieder! Tolle Lage, ein Katzensprung von der Arena entfernt, stilvolle und sehr vollständige Ausstattung, sauber und eine ganz, ganz liebe Gastgeberin. Wenn man mit dem Auto anreist muss man aufgrund der Altstadt-Lage (= verkehrsberuhigte Zone) etwas entfernter parken, aber alles gut machbar. Ausladen kann man auf jeden Fall kurz in der Gasse vor der Wohnung. Die Betten sind sehr unterschiedlich, von hart bis sehr weich, perfekt also wenn man mit einer Gruppe geht, die das gesamte Matratzen-Spektrum abdeckt ;) Wir haben es für ein Familienwochenende sehr genossen, grazie mille nochmal Vittoria!

Apartament bardzo klimatyczny. Piękne pokoje, mnóstwo książek i albumów. Wszystko czyste i zadbane. Właścicielka bardzo pomocna. Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona plus niespodzianka do jedzenia od gospodarza. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja w samym centrum starego miasta. Obok duże sklepy SPAR i PAM. Mieliśmy bardzo udany pobyt. W apartamencie parasolki i poduszki na spektakl do Arena di Verona. Gorąco polecam.

Non ci sono davvero parole x descrivere l'accoglienza, la pulizia, la professionalità, la gentilezza di Vittoria. La casa è vicina al centro e ai punti nevralgici, Grandissima, molto molto accogliente e completa davvero di ogni cosa utile, soprattutto super pulita, addirittura trovi pasta, sugo, olio, creme corpo, shampoo, balsamo e tante altre cose per nulla scontate x un b&b. Ogni angolo della casa racchiude una storia antica. Trovata già climatizzata, Insomma meriterebbe 10 stelle davvero. Eravamo una comitiva e ci siamo imposti di tornare. Grazie Vittoria

Maravillosa experiencia para compartir un espacio bonito en el centro de Verona.

La casa es bonita, tiene todo lo necesario y más para una estancia cómoda y que no te falte nada. La ubicación es inmejorable y Vittoria es muy amable y dispuesta a ayudarte en todo.

Tal vez el sofá cama no es muy cómodo y una de las camas individuales tampoco pero esa sería la única cosa que se podría mejorar. El resto es fantástico. Sin duda regresaremos a Casa Fracasso.
