Everything: the well-preserved and beautifully decorated historic building, its location close to the Arena di Verona, the facilities, the staff and very easy access- on the ground floor
It’s a bit tricky to open the window, but that was to be expected, given the flat’s location. I decided not to open the window at that height. If I’d asked for instructions, I know it would have been sorted out.

Great location in a beautiful old palazzo, close to everything but not in the center of it. A few minutes walk from the river, San Fermo, Teatro Romano, shopping... Spacious, comfortable, clean, with a big bathroom and balcony. Clothes and dish washer in the kitchen! Elisa was very responsive when we had a question or problem.
The decor was somewhat dated and could use some reno. Some electrical issues, but they were addressed quickly.

If attending the Opera which can end at 1am it’s a only few minutes walk away.
Advertised as having city views. It is on the ground floor with a small high window. You feel like in a dungeon. The person didn’t take the time to explain anything about the area, provided no waking map. Air conditioning was not set properly and had to ring them the next day to reset over the phone.
