An amazingly comfortable apartment in a fabulous central location. Great comfy bed, quiet area, lovely staff on arrival, good communication and helpful. An extra treat for us as travellers was the washing machine to use with detergent supplied😃 The shower bathroom shower area was light and roomy although my husband found the shower area itself was a bit small for him. Lovely to have extra toiletries provided and soft large towels. This was our second visit to beautiful Verona and we had a great stay in this apartment and we would love to return again.

Unbeatable location, clean and comfortable stay

The location was more than perfect. We stayed as a family with 2 kids and the apartment was located in the center of everything. And the toy store was just at the corner 😉 They were so kind and helpful. They recommended some restaurants. Baby crib provided and the apartment was in the ground floor so it was easy to reach with stroller.

There was nothing that we didn't like. If I force myself to find something, maybe consider to change the toilet paper brand you use 😀

Love the location and ease of checking in. Everything was walkable and hosts were very friendly and flexible for us to arrive. They assisted with the parking and upgraded our room given a better one was free. Amazing value for money.

A top-tier choice for anyone visiting Verona!

This apartment was an absolute highlight and a perfect base for exploring Verona. The room itself was great—clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. The onsite staff was wonderful to work with, making check-in and our overall stay smooth and pleasant. The location truly cannot be beaten. We were just a few blocks from the magnificent Verona Arena and mere steps (about 20 meters!) from all the high-end retail shops lining Via Anfiteatro. We were also within easy walking distance of countless other great historical sites, museums, and restaurants.

Staff was great. Very helpful and always prompt with answers. Location of our apartment was perfect. Easy walks in historic center and good access to public transport. Transfer to and from the train station were convenient and well worth the price (less than a taxi).

Fabulous 1 night stay in Verona

We were greeted by a member of staff who went above and beyond to ensure we knew exactly where to visit, including local restaurants. The apartment is in a fab location, right next to everything you would want to visit. I loved the addition of the water, tea and coffee too, as this sometimes does not happen in an apartment. Very lovely stay and would highly recommend!

Super Apartment in Verona, perfect location!

Super location, very central apartment 100 meters from the Arena. Perfect for being in the heart of the city and to walk everywhere while visiting Verona. The apartment was clean, big and with a lovely terrace facing the inner side of the building.

There was a problem with the shower and we could not have warm water during our stay.

Perfect apartment in excellent location.

The apartment was perfect for our stay. Lots of room for 5 people, bed were comfortable and shower was excellent. We loved having the terrace available too - this was handy for hanging a quick load of washing and drying quickly. Virginia was exceptional on our arrival, explaining the apartment, location and providing lots of recommendations for restaurants etc.

Perfect location and lovely hosts

The location is amazing! Verona is a beautiful, walkable city and this apartment is in the centre. The elevator in the apartment building makes moving luggage much easier, and is a blessing after a long day of sightseeing and shopping. We had a wonderful time exploring, and enjoyed many fantastic restaurants- one of our favourites was Caffe Coloniale, the maître was entertaining and the spritz was excellent. Special shout out to Virginia who meet us on our first day, she made us feel welcome and explained the area to us.

Would stay there again

Good and timely comms from Virginia before we arrived. Help with our stay whilst we were there. The location is superb, vey close to the Arena and all the interesting features of Verona. Its an easy bus ride from the train station to the Arena (Piazza Bra) or a 20 minute walk.

An excellent location in the centre of old town Verona. Easy walking distance of everything we wanted to visited and a good bus service back to the train station at the end of the trip. Our host was proactive in contacting us regarding arrival time and we had a lovely welcome. We didn't need to ask anything but we knew that help was there if necessary. Comfortable apartment.

Take care of your valuables! We slept two nights in Nicoló. We checked out in the morning, but after a few hours in the afternoon, my wife realized that she had left her bras (6 pieces) in the wardrobe drawer. We immediately messaged them and they said they only found two bras. We told them that was impossible because she put all her bras in the same drawer. Then they told us they would recheck it tomorrow. Then they found another one... At first, we thought they were fooling us or lying, or just stealing the used bras, but then we realized it must have been a magic drawer with a black hole for used Victoria's Secret bras... In the end, they were kind enough to send us the three bras that were the "unbranded" type and keep the other three. So we hope it was a good exchange for them: a negative review for used bras and their "magical" storytelling!

Great location, very nice house and apartment, everything working properly, overall cleanliness, the double-bed was very good, fresh and high quality bedding.

The folding bed was somewhat "flimsy", but honestly - you cannot expect a couch/ folding bed providing the same comfort as regular bed.

Nice appartment very near the Arena and well equipped. Out of hours check in was easy thanks to helpful staff sending a video with instructions. They also gave good recommendations for places to eat out.

Nothing really. There was a party going on one evening with a bit of music noise but it finished at midnight.
