The property was well located, great size and well equipped.

No downside at all, there was a problem with the boiler which was rectified pretty much straight away and the property management were very polite and helpful.

Self catering accommodation, fully equipped with everything you would need. Spacious property.

Would have been helpful if was information regarding public transport to navigate city. Better map of attractions to visit. Unfortunately couldn’t get any hot water.

Non c'era nemmeno una bottiglia di acqua in tutto l'appartamento. Meglio niente cialde del caffè, ma un po' di acqua...

Excellent location for the Verona amphitheatre. The apartment's bedrooms, lounge and bathrooms are good in size, and the apartment was very clean.

The bathrooms have no outside windows so ventilation is poor; the bedroom and lounge aircons are old and struggle to maintain a cool temperature; the lounge seating is merely one l-shaped sofa which is inadequate when accommodating four people; the kitchen crockery is very basic; the bathrooms are very tired; on arrival there was no hot water for showering, but having some boiler knowledge I was able to get the boiler to work properly and produce hot water.
