Property located was perfect in the town centre area

I loved the location and the room. We will definitely return there and book it again.

Very good location. The host is easy to contact and check in process is simple and fast. The room was spacious and very clean. You have 20% discount at their jeans shop which is at the ground floor and we took advantage of it. Overall, the room is very comfortable.

Check out before 10 am :( . But I think they are willing to keep your baggage in their security room for few hrs.

My overall stay met my expectations. It was comfortable clean and secure.

Location and host communication was excellent. Facilities were clean. Baggage storage prior to check in and after check out was a big bonus.

Pillows were not comfortable. Sounds from other guest could be heard at night but not enough to cause discomfort. Check-in time is not flexible. Would like to have checked in earlier.

A very attractive loft but virtually windowless with a glass slot 300 mm near the floor. No drinking water when we arrived but was rapidly attended to and no glasses for our water appeared

A perfect stay

We were in Garda apartment - very spacious and clean with everything you need. Very comfy bed. Great location which is right in the middle of everything. Easy check in, great comms from host - storage for luggage really convenient.

Of all the apartments we've been to here, we received the highest standards. Usually when the budget is limited and you want to be in the city center, the buildings do not allow for high standards. In Carrara's apartment, everything is brand new, everything you need is in the apartment and it's just fun in the apartment. We would love to come back again if we are in Verona.

The apartment is very well placed, in the central area of Verona and is very clean. I communicated very well and efficiently with the host, although I made the reservation at short notice, being in transit. I slept very well, the bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable. It is air conditioned, which was welcome during the heat wave.

Very nice location and apartment, but tall people beware of low ceilings

The check-in and check-out were seamless using codes. We basically never met the owners or spoke to them outside of Booking. That's a plus in my book. The bathroom is very nice and we found everything very clean. The location is awesome, very close to the heart of Verona.

Unfortunately, the one thing that was subpar was the overall comfort. The most uncomfortable thing was that the apartment given to us was sort of an attic with the roof being angled and very low in some portions of it (and you would need to pass through those portions to get to the bathroom). As a tall person (and admittedly clumsy) I had a lot of trouble with it and even hit the ceiling pretty hard, getting a very ugly cut on my nose. Not a pleasure.

In the heart of Verona

The best location ever. The interior design is a bit boring, office-like, but you're right in the center of Verona, so there's so much to explore outside.

No coffee maker. Just when we arrived some dog pooped in front of the entrance to the building, so you had to do quite a bit of work with the children not to step in it

Disappointing

Location is good.

The room we were provided was so suffocating and not sufficient for 3 people. The roof design is so dangerous that anyone can get hurt easily. We were provided with an extra bed which was very uncomfortable.

Ideal location for Arena di Verona and historical center. We bought last minute tickets for two opera evenings and all the surrounding hotels where full; this room saved us.

It is a very small room, not at all comfortable, at the last floor with a capricious elevator; Pay attention to the sloping ceiling, if you are a tall person it can be dangerous for your head.

It was a good stay. We would do it again.

Location was perfect. The room was clean and had everything you needed. We got information about the town from the friendly staff downstairs. We were able to store our luggage for a later departure.

We were in the top floor in a very hot summer so the AC barely made it to cool the room. Also the elevator seems to go in slow motioned did not go to our floor.
