I like the location of the apartment. It's outside of old Verona. There is a decent grocery store 2 minutes walking distance. .
1) All windows of the apartment face north, therefore there is not much natural light in it worsened by the building in front.
2) Long responses from a host, up to 16 hours of waiting time.
3) The rainfall shower head was clogged with limescale from hard water, which made taking a shower rather uncomfortable.

Amazing location with cafes and bars outside the apartment. Lovely 5-10 minute walk into the centre of the town via the bridge. The apartment itself was very spacious, clean and had a nice homey feel to it.
There was no hand soap in the bathroom so we had to use the soap in the kitchen. I believe some of the nozzles on the smaller shower head were blocked so when you would use the shower on the highest pressure, the water was spraying out in all directions and was quite painful on the skin.

We had such a lovely stay! The apartment was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The absolute highlight was the short walk to the city center and the amazing bakery just around the corner — such a treat every morning!
Parking required a little luck, but it was free, which we really appreciated.

A lot of space, clean, quite cozy look overall, great location
Conditioners are very weak and old and connected to one outdoor unit. No sockets at sides of the bed in the living room, bed is super crunchy. Lift is dangerous - we almost got stuck in it had to go back to the ground floor. Shower cabin is leaking.
