The washing machine flooded the apartment, the property manager did not provide any support or assistance, the machine locked our clothes inside, we had to find a solution by our own.

Very modern design with code access and good selection of supplies to use from. Water and the room heater were nice and warm. There is this nice garden at the end of the hall.

It was a bit of an walk with not much public transportation to the location. Pillows are quite simple and flatten easily. Our hairdryer was not giving any heat, and the Help Robot on their site and they relayed the request for another hairdryer on to Whatsapp, and didn't get any responses, so we went two days with cold wind blowing on my head for two days in cold cold December.

Good but with issues

Clean apartment with 3 bedrooms and a small kitchen. Easy to access once you have the code. Comfortably beds.

Two things were making a great discomfort. First was the workings In front of the building with no access for cars. We should have been informed by the owner. The second was the air conditioning. We had two units but no cold air.

Great apartment but bad check in experience.

We should have received a code for check in at 3pm but received nothing. The app was still saying my check in info was being reviewed so I found a phone number and had to call. When they looked into it, they realised no one had dealt with my documents or check in procedure. We had been sitting around the area for hours waiting for a possible early check in and had still received nothing at check in time. This procedure of waiting for a code would put me off booking next time as I had arrived in another country and had no confirmation of the accommodation I had booked!

Great Apt.

The construction on the street made it a little more complicated the get to the apt and there was no notice of this construction until after the fact. Otherwise it was a great stay and the location is walking distance to the city center.

Very poor experience.

It was clean.

No warning that the road was a building site so very bad access 200m walk for elderly guests. Really poor AC which was off on arrival. Apartment always hot. No AC in two bedrooms.. Very poor communication with host but phone call center was helpful. Lift was so slow you thought you getting stuck. Bad experience all round....especially given booking.com doubled booked us and had to rebook this place with 24 hrs notice.

Great Apartment, poorly cleaned

Location ation is great, everywhere in city is walkable from apartment. Apartment themselves are massive and great facilities

From our experience, we arrived to a leaking sink, for which we had to wait in apartment for a plumber to arrive and fix issue, which took 2 hours. The balcony was covered in used cigarettes and spilled beer cans, which hadn't been cleaned at all. And there was a used pair of underwear left in the bedside locker. Perhaps I just got unlucky as the apartment itself looked great other than the above.

Great location for exploring the city. The apartment was beautiful and the check in procedure was flawless. The apartment was spacious and well equipped (although we could have used a couple of extra cups for coffee). Would strongly recommend this property and will certainly visit again!

Όμορφο σπίτι σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία.

Πολύ όμορφο σπίτι,μεγάλο, άνετο και καθαρό. Βρήκαμε καφέ και τσάι που ήταν πολύ χρήσιμα για τις ώρες που ήμασταν στο σπίτι. Είναι σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία καθώς είναι μια ευθεία από την κεντρική πλατεία σε κοντινή απόσταση.

Δεν βρήκαμε κάτι άσχημο. Θα βοηθούμε μόνο να υπήρχαν παντόφλες μιας χρήσης.

Camas grandes e confortáveis. Apartamento grande e quente. Água quente e com pressão no banho. Tinha todos os utensílios necessários.

Apenas o facto de não existir muita luz na zona da cozinha e não existirem panos de cozinha para limpar loiça ou mãos.

L’appartamento è moderno, spazioso e arredato con gusto. Il soggiorno è risultato più caldo grazie ai termosifoni e al condizionatore. Check-in semplice tramite codici e posizione tranquilla a circa 15–20 minuti dal centro.

La camera matrimoniale era molto fredda di notte: riscaldamento difficile da regolare, termosifone troppo piccolo e presenza di spifferi dalle finestre. Anche il divano letto era scomodo e scricchiolante, e i cuscini praticamente inesistenti. In giornate così fredde, coperte aggiuntive sono assolutamente indispensabili e dovrebbero essere fornite.

Große und moderne Wohnung, einfacher Zugang mit Code, netter Hinterhof, sehr gutes WLAN, Platz um Sport zu machen, genügend Geschirr, sauber, Waschmaschine und Waschmittel vorhanden, Supermarkt mit leckeren Brötchen um die Ecke, Innenstadt fußläufig zu erreichen... alles prima. :)
