It was a gorgeous location, a sanctuary from the busy city center. The pool was perfect. The room had air conditioning! Breakfast was delicious. Sunset was amazing.
It was disappointing that we weren’t able to make a reservation for dinner (we booked our stay last minute) but Valentina made a great recommendation for the restaurant 6 min walking. The shower temperature fluctuated several times to very hot.

Location was outstanding!
Some of the staff were poorly trained around the dinner service. And some staff made a big deal about booking a meal for dinner. 🤷‍♂️

The farm to table concept. The quiet and peace up in the hills above the city. Ability to walk the farm grounds, see the animals, see the plants, trees, herbs.
We were hopeful this would be an exceptional stay considering how much we loved the wine tasting tour and the farm but unfortunately that did not come to pass. We were informed that check in would be at 3:30pm. Upon arrival at 3:30pm we were informed that the room was not ready and that they were running behind schedule. This is understandable so we went and walked around the farm. When we returned, we checked into our room. The room is spacious. I did however notice the air conditioning was not kicking in. We left to go and grab a late lunch at the bar. It is listed on their website that they serve brunch from 12:00pm to 10:00pm on a Saturday and Sunday. It was a Sunday when we checked in. When I caught the attention of a waiter, I asked if we might have some late lunch. I was informed rather abruptly that the kitchen is closed. There is no lunch service. This was at approximately 4:45pm/5:00pm. We weren’t offered a place to sit to even have a drink on the terrace. We retired to the room. We sat in the private garden patch. We then decided to go to the swimming pool. Reception kindly provided towels. The swimming pool is lovely. Great views and well maintained. We returned to the room. As we were leaving to go to dinner, I noticed the air conditioning was not improving and indeed the temperature was only getting higher. I enquired with reception as to the situation. We were informed that we were not the only guests who complained and that there is an issue with the HVAC or internal heating of the building. Reception stated they were looking into this at present. We hoped this might be resolved by the time we returned to our room. We went to dinner at 8:15-8:20pm. This needed to be booked in advance. We were informed that last orders would be taken at 9:15pm. We ordered a bottle of valpolicella superiore, gnocchi to share and a steak each. We asked to see the dessert menu. The waiter said he would bring it around. We waited 20-30 minutes.
