Lovely pad, walking distance to Verona centre - small but confy, thoroughly recommend!
Nice and clean, all mod cons. Walking distance to the city centre, convenient for parking (parking on the main road, free but not assured..). Great value for money, I would thoroughly recommend.
The flat could benefit from a hotplate - we didn't enquire, so i assume the hosts would have provided.

I would not recommend it to others
It was close to bus station
It was dirty, there was a huge amount of dust under the bed and on the table, the location is also terrible, it is around 30 minutes away from the centre, so it is not safe area. We had a room on the ground floor and if was really noisy!! The dogs from neighbouring house were barking all night long and we could hear all the voices and sounds from others rooms! It was also really cold especially in a bathroom, and the radiator wasn’t working.

Semi-close to the train station.
Not a "nice" neighborhood- next to an ongoing construction site. We didn't need parking, but altho parking was listed, it wasn't available onsite. Very steep driveway to get to the entrance. Close to the train station, but not to the old city- a pretty long and less than pleasant walk. There were no plates, no microwave, a scaly hot pot, one coffee pod, no utensils. Very few dining options close by. Of all the places we stayed during our 3 week trip in Italy, this was the least satisfactory. I would not recommend it to anyone unless it's an emergency. We were in unit 70.

Parking was listed but it was street parking. There were stairs up 2 floors, not mentioned. A problem for 1 of us. Broken trashcan in bathroom. Bathroom shower turned on every time bathroom door opened. Flickering LED light in the room. Odd long curtain in bathroom that covered the toilet and bidet.

This was the worst place we stayed on our 3 week trip to Northern Italy.
The beds were comfortable.
The walk down the driveway is treacherous. Do not recommend for small children or old people. The neighbors dogs barked whenever they were outside. They advertised a coffee maker and hot pot but have no samples of coffee or tea, no condiments, and 2 little spoons, but nothing to stir. Not even a bottle of water. You could not have a meal there. The bathroom had black mold on the walls. The "toiletries" was limited to 3 small packages of the same thing. The curtains were torn and dragging on the floor. A real hazard. The hostess never told us she was not "local" and that it was a completely CONTACT-LESS deal ahead of time. I was NOT prepared to have to fill our everything on line then send her picture of our passports. Not an easy thing to do without cell service or WIFI. Maybe OK for the younger generations but it should have been stated ahead of time.

The place was beautiful, it looked nice and cozy,it smalled nice. Water under shower was perfect, what doesn't happen so often.It was really great experience, staying there was a pure pleasure. The flat is 10minute walk from railway station. There is a shop nearby and really good restaurant. I really recommend that place.

Apartment was perfect, clean, comfortable and great for our sray. Very helpful and friendly hosts. We really enjoyed our stay in Verona. Local advice was great and our hosts went the extra mile to welcome us in Verona.

Alojamiento con luces y sombras, aún así estuvo aceptable.
Las indicaciones para coger las llaves y llegar fueron buenas, con video y todo. Buena comunucación.
La habitación amplia y estaba bien, ninguna queja, con mesa y sillas,

La calefacción en la habitación funcionaba muy bien. Y la ducha bien el agua.
Al lado de la estación de tren y buses lo que nos vino muy bien para excursión, para ir y llegar del aeropuerto y al centro se llega fácil andando.
Hay detalles que bajan mucho la puntuacion, facilmente modificables:
- Había un olor horrible a tubería en el baño que parecía venir del ventilador que se accionaba al encender la luz del baño, entonces no podíamos abrirlo para que se calentara.
- Solo había un rollo de papel higiénico de capa fina para los tres días para dos personas, nos quedamos sin papel y no había súper cerca ni venden rollos por separado.
- No había más que una cucharita para dos.
- Debajo de la cama se veía polvo y la puerta del baño por el tirador un poco sucia, luego el baño por dentro limpio y el resto de la habitación también.
- La luz principal parpadeaba, lo he visto en otros comentarios, debe llevar tiempo.
Animamos a los dueños a que los cuiden y la puntuacion subira mas.

La cercanía a la estación de trenes.
La persona que tenes de contacto, estuve llamándola todo el día y me cortaba el teléfono, no respondía los msj, solo me mandó cuando debía pagar las tasas. La verdad deja mucho que desear su forma de administrar y trate con las personas.

Check in facilissimo, host molto collaborativa
Soffitto basso, televisione a muro a rischio di capocciata. Per chiudere il velux bisogna salire in piedi su una sedia. C’è il bollitore ma nemmeno una tisana. Per uscire dalla doccia si rischia di inciampare sul wc.

Sehr schlechte Lage, mitten auf einer Baustelle, direkt neben einer vielbefahrenen Autostraße mit Lärm rund um die Uhr. Weit von der historischen Altstadt entfernt.

Suciedad y falta de mantenimiento
Al llegar a la habitación, nos encontramos la caja con código abierta y las llaves a la vista, podríamos haber cogido las llaves nosotros o cualquiera.
Entramos a la habitación, y lo primero que vemos es una cortina que separa la entrada de la habitación como tal, caída y sujetada con precinto. Después de esto, la primera impresión no fue muy positiva.
Le comento al alojamiento lo de la cortina, con el fin de notificar el estado para que luego no se asociara a nuestra estancia, son eficientes y viene un técnico a arreglarlo.
Por la noche, a menos de 16º, procedemos a ducharnos, y a parte de encontrarnos la ducha sucia (restos de pelo y suciedad en el desagüe), ¡no hay agua caliente! Después de la ducha fría, intento encender el aire con calefacción, ¡tampoco funciona en caliente!, saco los edredones buscando la manera de entrar en calor, y están sucios.
Después de la odisea, decido contactar con ellos otra vez para comunicar lo que acabo de mencionar, la respuesta es indignante "mañana lo revisaré, porque para mi está todo bien". Tras insistir, son las 23:15 de la noche y me dice que en media hora llega un técnico.
A las 00 aparece un hombre con un perro, mira la caldera y sorpresa ¡estaba bloqueada! (entonces tan bien no estaba). Le digo lo del aire, y me dice que el problema es que de arriba no está dado el modo caliente (por mensaje, me había dicho unas cuantas excusas diferentes, sabiendo el motivo de por qué no funcionaba)
Hemos empezado reclamaciones con Booking, pero el alojamiento no les contesta, entonces Booking no puede hacer nada.
En resumen, suciedad, agua fría, aire no calefactable, y falta de mantenimiento.
Del alojamiento sólo esperábamos higienizarnos y descansar, las dos cosas se han visto truncadas. Lo que no esperábamos era lidiar con Julia (la que parece ser la encargada) y con técnicos a la 1am.
No suelo escribir reseñas, pero no lo recomiendo para nada, a no ser que tengáis energías para pelear por unos mínimos básicos.

El apartamento está genial, cerca de la estación de tren, y aunque algo alejado del centro, si lo que buscas es estar bien comunicado para un viaje por tren es perfecto. Auto-check in sin mayor dificultad y early check in qué ayuda.
Creo que fue algo puntual, pero el agua caliente no funcionó. Desde que avisé a la anfitriona, tardo poco más de 2 horas en arreglarlo. Mala suerte, supongo.

Conform van het bed - doorgelegen en kapotte lattenbodem. Het verversen van handdoeken bij een meerdaags verblijf was teveel gevraagd. De extra dekens hebben we niet kunnen gebruiken omdat deze waren verstikt dus erg stonken, dit meermaals aangegeven - maar het werd er niet beter van.

Proximidade à estação ferroviária que, no nosso caso, foi vantajoso. Tinha café e água de cortesia ( muito obrigada) . O quarto é espaçoso e conta com ar condicionado e frigorífico ( com este calor foi mesmo bom).
Tudo como anunciado- o valor da taxa municipal foi pedido adiantado ainda que houvesse um envelope para esse efeito no alojamento ( não percebi) e as orientações por WatsApp foram demoradas.
Era vantajoso ter um microondas e alguns utensílios que permitissem fazer uma refeição (já que tem uma pequena cozinha) e o cortinado que tapa a luz da porta da entrada está estragado não tendo qualquer utilidade ( ficam as sugestões)

La ducha es un peligro para niños y para personas con dimensiones grandes,, es diminuta y en una posición muy incómoda , una sugerencia quitad la mampara y colocar mejor una cortina corredera ,,,
La ubicación aunque está a 15 minutos andando de la estación del tren , es una zona muy sola y te encuentras a muchos mochileros ya que es avenida donde se cogen los autobuses de flixbus , lejos del centro de la ciudad, por lo tanto es una estancia para personas con coche
