Nos recibió Anna, que nos permitió entrar antes de la hora del checking. Estuvo limpiando la habitación al maximo detalle y preparando hasta la mas mínima cosita como alfombras. Estaba equipado con todo, hasta nevera. La atención fue de lujo, te facilita su teléfono y personalmente ella te ayuda a buscar supermercados y todo lo que necesites. Está disponible y dispuesta a ayudsr en todo.Nuestra estancia fue fantástica porque el apartamento es inmejorable. Tranquilidad ,sin ruidos, a 8 min andando a la estación de tren. A poco mas de 1 km de la zona turística de visitas. Rompí por accidente un jarroncito en la escalera, ella nos dijo que no pasaba nada y fue comprensiva. Si vuelvo a Verona 100% voy allí,porque es mejor que un hotel de 5 estrellas. Prometo que no miento.
Que sea todo tan perfecto! Es broma, no hay nada que quejarse aquí. Si alguien hace valoración negativa de este lugar, es un desagradecido o un mentiroso.

Niestety w pokoju było bardzo zimno, mimo że ogrzewanie chodziło kilka godzin... Czystość ok, ale czajnik i prysznic nie za bardzo...
