Check in was easy. Rogerio was on time and very helpful. Apartment overlooked the street, was quiet and comfortable. Kitchen was well supplied to prepare simple meals. Nicely cleaned and presented for our arrival. Bed and settee were comfortable. Little balcony was nice. Supermarket in next street. Many bars and restaurants in this residential area. About 10 minutes walk to P Bra.

Pillows were lumpy.

Great modern flat in a good location. The flat had everything we needed, with quality cotton bedding and towels. Nice balcony that got the morning and afternoon sun. We were given slighty earlier access, which was a bonus. The location is within decent walking distance to restaurants and attractions with good for transport connections. The flat had a small smart TV.

Minor dislike was the sofa was comfortable enough, but had no fixed back rest and didn't face the TV. Also, the height of the hanging rails in the wardrobe are very high, not so much of a problem for my tall husband to hang clothes up, but not so easy for me at 5.6 ft. Again, very minor issues. Nothing that would put us off booking again for a short stay.

The location is very near to the Train Station, so is ok for people going out of the City.

there are a lot of additional charges and costs. Has passed 1 month and not even now I did not received back the 50 Euro deposit. was told to me that will take 10 days to receive the deposit back, passed 30 days, no money received. I was charged an additional cost of 25 eur/night for a 6 years kid (totally 100 eur/4 days), is a huge amount and I did not received any additional service for this amount. there are additional charges of 20 eur if the check in is after 8pm and 40 eur if is after 10 pm (only until 12 pm, I suppose after is no longer possible to check in or is a bigger tax..) we had to inform exactly the check in hour with 1 day before. the keys are ,,handed,, personally, most probable they want to see the guests in order to add additional charges, was told to take with us the entire garbage, otherwise will be charged from the 50 euro deposit (no deposit back, even if we took the garbage and we let the apartment clean and safe). the bedroom is having maximum 7 sqm, inside is a huge dressing occupied with other items and which cannot be used. the sofa is for only 1 person, is not extendable. in the middle of the bedroom floor is a pipe with hot water, warming, is crazy to sleep there in the summer. cannot use the air conditioning if you are not in the apartment, since the electricity is open with a card locked up with the acces keys. the apartment is located at the last floor, when come back in the evening is super hot there, is forbidden to leave windows open. the block is more than 25 years old , at ground floor and even in the apartment is smell of mold. the furniture is not new, the sofa is very uncomfortable, pictures are photoshop.. . before check in, they send you a contract and house rules to mandatory sign. when I told to the manager that is not correct at all to charge me so big amount for a 6 year kid, told me that is my fault that I did not read the house rules.
