Gute Lage, gute Betreeung durch den Gastgeber. Schönes, gut ausgestattes Appartment im dritten Stock. Zwei Badezimmer, zwei Toiletten. Gute Küche mit allen notwendigen Geräten

Der Aufzug war gestört, drei Stockwerke mit viel Gepäck ist hart.

We had a problem with our reservation for a different apartment. We were able to book this place at the last minute. It was less than 30 minutes from when we booked to when we arrived at the front door to collect the keys. I am very grateful for the owner for being so prompt and helpful. The location was good because we took 2 day trips starting from the train station so easy to hop on the bus to and from the train station. Grocery store was right across the street. There are restaurants within walking distance. Also easy to walk to the Arena as we were there to see 3 operas. The aircon was good. We used the washing machine which was easier to understand than many that we have encountered elsewhere.

We are always aware of mobility issues. There are 4 potentially slippery marble steps down into the main bedroom. And there is a step up into the apartment from the hallway. There is an elevator to reach the 3rd floor. The second bedroom has bunkbeds so this apartment probably wouldn't work for 4 adults travelling together. There is an aircon unit in the living room and another in the main bedroom. I think the the room with the bunk beds would get very hot and uncomfortable during the summer because of the lack of airflow in that room. The sink in the main bathroom moved around. For the first few days it was okay. But by the end of our stay the drain was no longer aligned and we couldn't use the sink anymore. The owner was alerted, but the repair wasn't made before we left. We were able to use the second bathroom so we managed. We did not cook in the apartment (only granola and yogurt for breakfast) but it didn't look like the kitchen was particularly well-equipped with cooking utensils. There were basic dishes and pots and pans, but not much else. All this being said, we would happily stay there again as overall it was a good experience.

La ubicación era muy buena. El apartamento espacioso y bien equipado.

Era muy ruidoso. La litera un poco incómoda, los colchones se hundían. El sofá cama también era incómodo, estaba duro y la parte extensible no encajaba bien y dejaba un hueco. Las sábanas para el sofá cama no estaban puestas.
